Awesome tool for In-depth Product Analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
Seemless event and funnel segmentation analysis with a lot of crunching functionalities. Readily downloadable in CSV o PNG format. Integrating tracking code is hassle-free as well, given the exhaustive documentation & video tutorials available.
Overall a pleasant experience!

What do you dislike about the product?
No auto-save feature in the Dashboard. You need to click on save every single time you add a report to a dashboard. Pop-up is damn annoying. It also has some sync issues where some of the events don't show up and needs a hard refresh before it starts showing up again.
No option to create a team/squad to collaborate on a specific dashboard. Doesn't have an extensive integrations bucket.

A must-have product. One-stop for all your Product Analytics needs!
great UX
What do you like best about the product?
ease to use and speed that queries the data
What do you dislike about the product?
some complex to understand flows: like Funnels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
data-driven product design
Great, easy to use product.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create a flow, or a cohort.
I`m reasonably new to data visualization and analysis, but Mixpanel makes it very, very easy for me to work with any data i need.
I`m able to define some questions and success criteria in our features, and Mixpanel goes on to inform me everything i need. It`s great.
I also use the Funnel feature and it gives me valuable insights. Not only when it comes to 'funnel vision', but being able to see the time taken through each funnel is simply amazing.
All in all, as an entry-level Mixpanel user, it works just fine for me. Great product.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some concepts are still hard to understand. How can i use and compare more cohorts? How can they be valuable and insightful?
Mixpanel is very useful as i`m an entry-level user, but it`s a challenge to learn and dive into some features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel gives me valuable insights on user journey across our platform, and some insights about user profiles, which devices they are using, the frequency they use our product and how they behave across our different products inside our platform.
Also, i use it to keep an eye on how many users we have in each part of our platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have any digital product where you need to understand how users behave when using your digital product, create a Mixpanel account. It gets the job done incredibly well and easily.
Great User Experience + Feature Set
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is perfect, the ability to create visualizations and insights are invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to create cohorts and slice and dice specific users. I understand this is a product analytics tool and not heavy BI, but that ability allows me to go the full arc on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Acquisition, retention and revenue generation. We're able to correctly model funnels, signal and model customer churn and retention. The benefits are creating dashboards and sharing this with product/data adjacent teasm
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product and definitely outshines its competitors
Review on usage of Mixpanel for analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The integration part and the way the UI is helpful for creating the funnels to understand the conversion rates
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major at this point. But, a thing to mention, most ad blockers and secure browsers blocks the frontend event pushes. Mixpanel team can sort this out by giving own domain mappings so that the api requests to mixpanel happens over the client's subdomain which will then be unblocked by ad blockers and secure browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding conversion rates easily which helps in user journey and behaviour easily
Mixpanel review by product team
What do you like best about the product?
That all metrics and platforms are summoning in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly everything is good but one thing is there may be that starting process requires more time and you really need to put effort to dive deep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think there are few topics that main for our team and this is overall activity and also the retention rate
Crisp analytics with a stunning dashboard. Mixpanel can be the last analytics tool you will choose.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration.
Most of the critical properties are automatically sent by mixpanel.
Out of the box batching feature.
The dark-mode itself is a stunning feature
Setting up mixpanel on the serverside is also a piece of cake
The live view is interesting and very helpful. Unlike many competitors, the events are not delayed by some minutes, we can directly see our events on the dashboard.
All our team members can have their own separate dashboards, and selectively give permissions to others on the team to view the content and edit it.
The documentation is amazing for the developers, it is crisp and helpful.
We are able to track the data at any interval, ranging from a day to upto an entire year. We can also compare how our campaigns and other events performed relative to some otther similar campaign or event in the past.
Quick communication from the team, I usually get my emails answered within 2 business days. Which is sort of sufficient for any customer.
We get a much higher number of users limit in our plan, as compared to other competitors. Roughly 60-70% more user limit

What do you dislike about the product?
Still can't add flows to the dashboard. P.s. the team says this feature will be out soon.
The product is solid but still in itself early stages. They keep making improvements which is a plus side for a new player.
The cards on the dashboard only expand horizontally, wish they also expanded vertically.
CORS will be an issue (for developers) which is not uncommon, but we have to plan it ahead of time.
The FAQs and help center is not very well developed as of now, but I believe it will get better with time.
I saw some differences while using the dashboard across multiple browsers. They work fine but there's a minimal UI difference which seems different to get used to while switching browsers.
Wish there was a dark mode on developer documentation as well.
The other service integrations require us to provide the credentials to that particular service which feels unsafe. These integrations, if we can do it directly on the service through a popup window or a gateway, would actually feel much more secure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem was viewing insights when we were using other close competitor services. Now that creating insights, flows, funnels and cohorts has become so easy, we can focus on core analytics.
Some competitors delay the events by upto 15 minutes which actually makes tracking a bit difficult, coming from an early company which sees sudden spikes of users at anytime, having live view was a great plus.
The entire team can create their own flows and funnels from their ideas, then we share those funnels across.
We were facing a problem to track the UTM links from our campaigns and events. These UTM links are automatically captured by mixpanel and we can actually filter our flows, funnels, insights etc based on these UTM link users. Once they're in that filtered funnel, we can easily track their activity and conversion rates.
Getting our existing tracking data from other services is pretty easy.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking at other solutions to compare, I would recommend trying mixpanel for free with their demo dataset. Once you get used to the overall dashboard styles and its features, you will be able to reap maximum benefits from Mixpanel.
Best tool for events verification / monitoring for any application
What do you like best about the product?
* It tracks user interaction with the application, collects data, and provides data in the form of events, queries, and custom reports with all the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a paid tool, that is the only thing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues
1. Should have a THEME feature to change UI appearance as per user choice.
2. In the dashboard page after logging in, a Table of Content-like structure is not there for searching.
Benefits:
3. Able to track all of my portal's events.
4. Custom Reports, Data audits, JQL queries are very good features.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must-have tool, very good at tracking user interactions with web and mobile applications, fully met expectations.
Delighted with Mixpanel features, excellent support team, supports multiple APIs, many integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like cohorts, APIs for importing, exporting data, breakdowns, custom properties, excellent support team, active community, JQL for flexible data analytics, many aggregation functions, and Report types: Insights, Funnels, Retention, live view of events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of combined or synchronized axis charts, you cannot save selected categories from breakdowns for Insight Reports, you cannot create cohorts in the future for upcoming data, the date filter does not automatically pop up on the interface. Also, I find it quite tricky to replicate Reports and Dashboards from one project to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gain insights from data of more than 15.000 users, split reports into several Dashboards.
Great insights for product development
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of analysis whenever we look into new and existing features. I'm able to gain excellent insights and make judgements on product usage based on data that is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing tracking can be difficult and has a large learning curve, especially for those who aren't as technical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whether a feature is being used. Having data to back up product decisions is very valuable
