Mixpanel Funnels
What do you like best about the product?
Funnel breakdowns and User Flows is my daily go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to save multiple cohorts, would save time a temp copy is saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Churn. Working on one step at a time.
For creators out there....Mixpanel is what you need!
What do you like best about the product?
I have a little website that gets around 20k visits/month. Its still by all means a side project and after going blind on analytics for 6 months I decided to go all in. I tried Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap & Full story.
I went with Mixpanel at the end because of the combination of pricing + ease of use and set up. Things like merge profiles....(where the create one identity automatically) for people logging in with different IPs and stuff would have taken me an impossible amount of hour to try to even hack around my dashboards to get something similar showing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think considering most of their money would come from enterprises, in a weird way they make it so easy to use their advanced features yet so hard to use simple features. For instance, if you create a funnel, and want to view people who completed (or didnt complete) a certain step...you can't really do so without creating a cohort then going to cohorts and run your analyses there. When all I really wanted was to preview a simple list of my users that I can export
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel just gives me a lot of visibility into everything that is happening on my website. One benefit I realized that I never even thought of was fraud/abuse patterns. Thanks to Mixpanel...I was able to spot a very heavily coordinated spam bot attack on my website....that I would have completely missed had I not had it
Great, it is very useful, there are small bugs, but I would recommend

The reports and the option to track activities

That there is a small bug when the reports start from the right side and not the left. It wastes time on every use

We are seeing our results via Mixpanel and track out bugs

The ability to understand, see and analyze all data across our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-easy set up for beginners, for a new employee, it's pretty tricky to understand basics, it takes a lot of time to get into it, but once you do, it's eye-opening to see all the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand conversion, funnels, percentages of users that stop at some point in the purchasing process. See how users signed up, every action they take in the platform so we can work on improving our product.

It is a very intuitive platform and has excellent customer support. It is effortless to use and has features that help us collect data and track the behavior of our audience in web and mobile applications in our domain. It generates excellent reports and actionable analytics to drive decision-making to deliver the best audience experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many valuable and practical features, which also leads to a steep learning curve. Its user interface could be friendlier as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several benefits we have realized since we started using MixPanel. It has helped us to monitor the effect of our web and mobile resources on the audience and to get an idea of what we need to improve to provide the best experience to the audience above. It is a promising tool with excellent customer service.

Its interface needs some work. However, it provides a wide variety of functions that facilitate the management of web and mobile applications and constant monitoring of their operability; it also generates excellent reports. Recommended.

Insights reports are incredibly powerful when it comes to slicing data by key user/event properties

Can only have 5 saved reports per user on some basic plans (that said, it's good that it's cheaper than it was before)

How different groups of users are using our products. What paths they take. How long they're retained.

The ability to be able to create reports easily and share these with stakeholders

Mixpanel is very powerful, but getting up to speed with the various areas can be time-consuming

As a digital product studio, giving our stakeholders (clients) direct insight into their products allows us to be proactive with new product features.
App Analytics with all essentials and no overhead

Usability, funnels feature, easy dashboards

Not as easy to see stats across different apps. Switching across apps if org has multiple ones is not intuitive.
