Mixpanel is great to use, accessible to the whole team and can be refined to easy to read reports.

What our product needs to develop into - what our company needs to focus on within our funnel and improve those conversion rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say the support needs to be increased - I feel some of the reporting can be hard to nagivate and could do with improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
1) MP is robust and you can create a lot of different reports with it
2) MP gives a lot of reporting options so you can visualize the data in different ways
3) MP gives a ton of engagement data on users. You can see their full history with the app)

What do you dislike about the product?
1) Support system of MP is a bit weak
2) Sometimes it’s overwhelming how many different properties there are that it makes it hard to know if you’re using the correct attributes to run a report
3) I don’t always trust the data in Mixpanel. There are discrepancies between its data and our data (At times)

New and existing customer retention, new customers' acquisition, smooth Oonboarding, time to convert, daily trends, time to connect, unable to connect, invoicing, data discrepancy, dashboards, insights, funnels, top trends

Added value to google analytics, combined are very powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The Signals report is incredibly useful, and the "interesting segments" as you go along in the tool is quite illuminating! Because the reports are broken out by event and property, you get a very clear view of who is doing what and what rolls up as significant. I love that the tool is also very "integration friendly", the Leanplum integration, for example, is pretty excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation depends on the availability of a developer to add the events to the front-end, which means that a code release is required for every update - with clients that have rigid release procedures, this is a headache! I get the impression really that the tool depends on a user being logged in which doesn't make the tool a one for one swap with, for example, Google analytics, so I end up with 2 tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to understand causality and significance is a big thing with analytics - the tool comes with both baked in! Getting a better view of events is problematic with GA, Mixpanel does this incredibly well.

It is a very powerful analytic tracking tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best tracking analytic software tools and much better than Google Analytics. It has multiple features which will allow you to track the customers action and measure the application effectiveness using events based on web pages. It provides a dashboard and allows you to access it from anywhere. You can quickly integrate it with your source product and get analytics data. Features like push notification, adding multiple webapps, automating different processes are some of the best reasons for choosing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more visualization and better metrics chart to track the input, also it needs minimum data to start with in production environment. The license cost can be further reduced so that more small and medium size organization can adopt it in its ecosystem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an analytics tool, so that the user action on the webpage can be effectively tracked and data can be used for further simplification of complex flows in the existing application. It comes with a powerful feature of tracking and visualizing the data with charts and tables. Overall customer service is also prompt and good. Data can be analyzed using reports and custom notification can be triggered based on business action on a web page.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to create visually appealing dashboards and emailed digests for numerous projects. Once setup, the ability to go in and see the results on a daily basis is great. And to share these results with team members, including our strategic partners, has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a number of iterations to capture the right balance between captured data for desired analytics and have a garbage dump of information. It's not "just an engineers" project, it takes a business data analytics mind to think about the end product (reporting) before you waste a lot of time capturing junk that pollutes your data streams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Mixpanel to get a true sense of activity which we have in our internal logs but do not have in a usable/consumable fashion for business team consumption. Mixpanel provides a greater suite of dashboards and insights without us having to custom build everything ourselves.

I can understand how my product is performing and very quickly and easily create the necessary graphs to display to the rest of the company

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI for non-technical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updating report names doesn't update them in the dashboard view.

It helps us understand baseline performance metrics for features. We've uncovered areas for improvement and learned what messages work well.

W'ere able to curate our medley of diverse reports into streamlined dashboards, giving us a thorough overview of our product's health.

Their algorithmic predictive insights are getting close, but not quite helpful enough for us yet. This feature seems promising though.

It helps us measure every aspect of our product's usage to validate our efforts & determine future improvements. We've been able to build reports & dashboards to track everything from pirate metric funnels, power user curves, lifecycle analysis, & much more.
