Super easy and flexible data analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Enables me to ask and investigate any question in my data really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small features that can make it easier to analyse very specific use cases. Like filtering formula calculations results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to make the best product I can for my users, increase retention and conversions to posting cool gameplay clips and understanding what makes a gameplay clip good.

On my last startup, we write our own data analysis panel, but mixpanel flexibility allows so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allows super flexible data analysis, look at the data in the most accurate way and make a decision.

What do you like best about the product?
At the Investment office at eToro, we are analyzing our professional data center (eToroinvestmen) on a daily/weekly, and monthly basis. When we have started to use Mixpanel we have got really interesting insights about the user, the followers and it was an important milestone exciting this project and achieve our KPI's. I highly recommend about Mixpanel "Must-have" tool for any employees who want to review and support their way of using it.

Mixpanel had tons of options to create insights for your Business.
The analytics options are unlimited and now we are checking basically everything with Mixpanel.

It's a great opportunity to thank Matthew Smith for a great collaboration his great knowledge and solutions became the "gamechanger" between the "good enough" team and the Amazing data-driven team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many options sometimes there are duplicate actions that aren't necessary but to be honest it is just a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel helps us a lot with understanding which content is really making a difference. we are checking with Mixpanel "behind the scenes"
of all eToroinvestment user (content marketing, conversion rate, engage rate, etc.) before Mixpanel, we have checked it manually and invest a lot of effort to create insights
that Mixpanel creates in 1 min.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend about Mixpanel "Must-have" tool for any employees who want to review and support their way of using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Mixpanel on a regular basis and it's great at providing insights on our user activity. Matt our account manager is very attentive and helpful whenever we need any guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use it on a weekly basis and don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By getting the info about our users activity, we are able to understand which actions lead to a better conversion rate and what is the content that our users are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of insights you can get vs effort you need to put into it. No need to write any queries, UX is quite straight forward
What do you dislike about the product?
Flows feature is very much needed but impossible to use if your product has many events.
The fact that funnels limit you in having actions in a specific order. Sometimes you have several actions within the same page and the user can do them in a different order. If you wanna deep dive where the user fails, it's quite impossible with funnels- you don't know the order of the steps.
In addition, many times i need to have a combination of or/and filters within the funnel. Now I have to use only "and" between the filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand how users use the product, whether they drop in the funnel, what features are used more and how

What do you like best about the product?
The features I like the most is the Dashboards, Funnels, Insights
What do you dislike about the product?
I this the Retention feature is a bit extreme and needs some guidelines in order to use it out-of-the-box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically analyzing anything in my product. Mixpanel gives me a clear understanding of my users.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights charts, because it shows an easy number in an easy way to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I had the opportunity to try the Messages feature and I didn't like it. Is too simple compared to Appcues and Intercom, so, as we use these other tools, we decided to not get the Messages feature. One of the most important thing is to have ways to customize the message and how we will show the message, and the other tools have more options about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can validate user's events.. So I don't guess what the users did, I can officially see what they did. I realized that all digital products need to use a solution like Mixpanel, its essencial for UX and Product Management. We creatds dashboards where we can see our product metrics with some frequency with no need to create the report again, its easy for new employees. For us it works a lot about some metrics like: task success, new users/active users, user retention (based on login), more used features and others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I now it's hard but if there is any way to show time, I would like to use it. Like how long the users take to complete a task.. How long they stay logged in the plataform...

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to track users, events and create dashboards with funnels
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, however, you have to do some digging if you want to track more complex events or answer specific business questions that do not have answers on the surface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to validate usage and which features need prioritizing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for simple SDK to integrate into your app with then this is the one for you.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard feature, funnel, live view, and various other features and which tell how the users are behaving and what step we can take next on our level.
What do you dislike about the product?
More improvement is required in the dashboard like it displays only 5 legends in the pie chart and sometimes the dashboard automatically slides without scrolling and when you update the name in insights, report, funnel, etc. the name should be updated in the dashboard too and sometimes the cohort one has created goes missing even after refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like analyzing daily active users by country, signups compared to past week etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to get deep insights, funnels, retention, alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
little inflexibility in creating cohorts, breakdown of funnels with filters. Reliability and relevance of alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User activation, growth. Having alerts on activation dips helps a lot to identify bugs, major drop offs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best tool out there. A must while building products. Alerts and funnels are very useful.

Mixpanel turns my Segment data into something useful

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to easily import all of my Segment data and then visualize it in Mixpanel. Setting up with Mixpanel took less than five minutes and I could immediately see the value I would get out of your product's visualizations of my existing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the time it takes to configure each dashboard; I wanted to configure multiple of the same dashboards for different projects... one project for development data to try things out and one project for production data. It'd be nice if you could copy dashboard layouts and reports between projects (because all my event names are the same... one just uses production data from Segment and the other uses development data).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been tracking user signups mostly and the affect of various email campaigns. Mixpanel is quite nice for those email campaigns as it's easy to visualize the drop-off (e.g. 100 users received the email, 50 opened it, 20 clicked the link, and 10 actually did the thing we wanted them to do).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should make sure to use a customer data platform like Segment so that you don't have to change all of your tracking code every time you want to use a new tool or switch between analytics tools. Other than that, the visualizations and actionable insights that Mixpanel provides are stellar!
