A mix of theory and hand-on - a complete package for Learning and Development

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that apart from the assessments after every module, we got to play around with the dummy music finder data and build an interesting dashboard. This helped you understand how can you leverage your data and get insights in a very hands-on way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. The courses and assessments were on point and neither too lengthy to lose interest nor too short to miss out on important details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was aware of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics and I know how some companies are looking for a more behaviourally triggered data model or have a self-service analytical platform that is easier to use. I would like to help such companies transitioning to Mixpanel
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a better understanding of your users by using Mixpanel. It's not just simple to use but also provides a holistic user understanding. No one else helps you understand your users better.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tools and features to instantly look at user behaviour, analyse results of experiments and make product decisions.

It's expensive, but worth it in terms of time saved to get access to data

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has helped us to make some of the best product decisions. The insights we derive from mixpanel has helped increase our activation by over 50%and tracking retention closely has helped us build feature for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
One things that i don't enjoy is some times while sharing links of dashboards/insights weird thing happen. Also in addition to this the live-view of the data sometimes doesn't work properly - leading to confusions while testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to End user journey tracking and product analytics. The power to track how users are interacting within the app and identifying potential drop-offs in the funnel is a super power. Helps us plan the products better and reducing the chances of failures in experiments.
The ability to quantitatively track user actions helps us build stakeholder alignment which is super useful for PMs to get resources for feature building.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be very cognizant about your data tracking strategy - as bad tracking can lead to a lot junk data. Also having a dedicated data analyst who maintains the data hygiene and reporting across the company helps to ensure everyone within the firm is looking at the same data and avoid confusion and incorrect inferences.

Along with it - involve designes too in the tracking process so it could inform the UX, flows accordinly.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can see easily the main workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't see how long does it take in avg between step to step in the workflow, and I can't choose which frametime I want to see the workflow. For example, if i wan't to see workflows from session start to end it's not possible.

Understanding user behaviour, and different distributions.

What do you like best about the product?
The funnel analytics, with it I can quick evaluate, and share with stakeholder, key product conversions. Like what type of users proceed faster in the customer journey
What do you dislike about the product?
It can fell a bit overwhelming for data beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The creation of good product hypothesis is aways difficult. Mixpanel allow me to make data-drive decision when creation product hypothesis.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the powerful analytics! With Mixpanel it's easy to understand what our audience is even despite these are hundreds of thousands of people. I like I can easily filter out groups of users using certain criteria. I like that I have so many choices here.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could more easily investigate situations when a user is changing the account email and switch between different devices. Now it's really tricky and I would have to ask a user these questions.

Also, it's not always easy to understand what the exact steps were before a user experiences an issue. So I would also need to ask additional questions to a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I investigate users' behavior. When they reach out to us are use Mixpanel to instantly get all the necessary information. If it wasn't for Mixpanel, I would have to ask users countless questions.

What do you like best about the product?
When I started working over Mixpanel I must confess that i was quite reluctant to work mostly because it wasn't my expertise area but in one week I felt more comfortable than in the rest of the data analysis apps! An amazing way to visualize data and hit on the sweet spot of what you need to check into.
In addition to these specs the organic way the app is done its outstanding, very easy to merge reports and to have all in one click of distance, I truly recommend this app to everyone that needs to know about what is the usage of the app from a user perspective, it doesn't escape from this app any data that could end up being critical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really didn't see anything in particular, maybe the way you cannot sometimes add reports in dashboards, i got some examples that I need to search manually weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im using Mixpanel for everything when it comes to data gathering and analysis. Simple, easy and fast.

Great data tool, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to break down by different advertisements, networks, etc. has been really helpful when it comes to knowing which ads are doing well, along with conversion rate on site. Being able to compare the CV rates has been great assistance when it comes to creating more ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be confusing when building larger funnels - would be helpful to have a section that is dedicated to "what are you trying to build?" and then showing the best way to get that chart, flow, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working through LTV customer analysis and funnel drop off rates. Seeing exact timing of our funnel drop off points has been super insightful and helpful when trying to reiterate the system we have in place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend mixpanel for a small to medium marketing/data analysis team as it has been very simple to use, pick up for new team members, and can show really important data if you're looking to optimize your current funnel/site.

The queries are very useful. The funnels let you understand user workflows.

JQL has a steep learning curve, it is not intuitive

We are trying to understand the customer experience on the website. We have a clearer picture of the user journey.

Great Analytics tool with Easy UI

What do you like best about the product?
1. The User Intefrence. Its very minimal and self intuitive. Its very easy to use, even for non technical users.

2. Bucketing and segregation of users. MixPanel has alot of built in modules for user journey and analytics. It helps us to get on results faster and take appropriate actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used it for 2 years as of now. I didn't came across major cons. I would be more than happy to see more native integration with email and SMS providers. That will help us to setup communication journeys in a easy way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Customer Lifestyle management. We trigger responses based on the user actions on mobile application.

2. Triggering automated communications from organization POV.

Documentation. Please throughly read the documentation before using it hands-on. There might be some technical terms which are good to know.
