User-friendly, comprehensive and flexible tracking platform

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can start tracking something so quickly and easily, and that you can adjust any misses or changes later on using custom eventing and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the way they handle device tracking and anonymous users isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed funnel analytics and improvements, trend and activity measurement. Vet interest of new features and paths. Settle team debates on how things are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel can really capture any metric in any format like daily monthly, or cumulative!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a developer to connect the metric tracking into a web app or platform

Im able to quickly view my companies metrics

What do you like best about the product?
Real time logging of user activities, ability to segment users, funnel visualization and the ease of using the tool in general
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the development process is very simple, it still took some time. I wonder if codeless implementation is better than the current instrumentation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel visualization, user segmentation, and real time logging are three gaps that our internal tools don't offer. Mixpanel offers these three things that are valuable to teams

I really like the retention charts and the insights tab
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there were more columns viewable in the User spreadsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking how our users use our app! I've learned about how different categories of users have different retention rates and that has really impacted future feature development.

What do you like best about the product?
once you learn how to use reports it's pretty straightforward to run reports for what you're looking for
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't see the rich info I can in the live view also in a report format

There's no way for me to the actions of my authorized users when they are using the tool to present to customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
usage of the tool by our customers (we are part of the same company, we're the tech team of the same parent company)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
structure your events carefully and have an analyst if you want to understand what someone is actually doing, it's not like a video recording of the customer's interaction

The ability to create custom dashboards, compare anything in an instant, and allow teams to dig into the data themselves!

Easy to get overwhelmed with data and report on similar but different metrics.

The best product analytics platform!

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. It's easy to implement. Data comes at high speeds. It is very user friendly and built from the ground up with features that stack on one another with ease, allowing for very complex analysis with the use of simple tools being used in conjunction. Ever since 2019 there's been a never ending stream of fantastic new products and features, even those that are in beta work extremely well with other features. Also, it has the best customer success service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited dashboard customization features such as changing color schemes, allowing vertical resize and adding blocks of text. Journey feature was not expanded after entering beta. Formulas allows only basic mathematical operators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much everything regarding product analytics and messaging. We have benefited all the time with it's ease of use and speed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it. You won't regret.

What do you like best about the product?
We can get to know user behaviour by creating funnels so that we can track the trend of the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are lot of good feature in mixpanel but I would like to highlight one dislike which I have faced couple of time is that sometime events are not in sync with real time due to which sometime we don't found the real time events and we get the duplicate events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to to evaluate our products.... how our product is performing basis of which we can make improvements in product.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow analysis helps us realizing how users use our product and how to decrease the drop off rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading user profile is a confusing process, but I get response from Mixpanel quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel help us gaining a greater understanding of users. When I have to promote a new project, I can send messages to target users via Mixpanel, and track the open rate, click rate, user flow, user funnel.... etc. And the most important of all, the UI/UX of Mixpanel is extremely user-friendly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it now, don't hesitate!
It's really helpful for data analysis and improves my work efficiency!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Mixpanel has been a great experience. The ability to track metrics has certainly helped us identify well performing areas and areas that require improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the tables presented would be appear buggy with certain columns not appearing. However the same has now been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring Product KPIs whether it be a new release or an update to an existing product. The ability to know daily user engagements and drop-off points has been a boon.
