Good experience but mixpanel should give some use cases for its usability
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and very precise especially the dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Usability or use cases are missing.For e.g if I want to track user wise data of which user havee opened the app ..halfof it comes as undefined
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I user it for tracking how many of my users are opening up the application and how is the trend month on month or week on week

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is a really complete product analytics tool. The newly improved UI is great and they roll out improvements quite frequently.
The online community QBQ is really useful for finding answers to tougher use cases and if all else fails I've had great experiences with their support team going back and forth to troubleshoot issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
They removed access to the Signal feature on the Growth plan. I think now you have to pay for it separately. I had used that report before on another project and wish I still could for my more recent projects.
I've dabbled with their JQL language for querying the raw data. I just wish it was documented a bit better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Mixpanel to analyse user behavious in our mobile app and report on KPIs. However, the centralised view of a user's activity can also be useful for diagnosing bugs.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking data events in all the developing environment, and in-app notifications, as well as push notifications, are amazing feature creation of them is seamless. Getting to know the user properties also help us to set our target audience and hence giving more flexibility in our product

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get to know our audience hence we provide suitable intent and iterate over and over by analyzing the data andproviding suitable results to out aaudience, push notification and in app notification as well helps to encourage users to join a new feature in our app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would most likely recommend mixpanel especially as a data analytics tool since I am very much used to it and it solves most of the product requirement

Mixpanel has been instrumental in understanding the usage of our product, our conversion rates. It has helped us immensely in the complete revamp of our user experience now that we have an tool to gauge the user experience we're offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing particular that I dislike, however, I would want them to have much more detailed section to track revenue metrics.

We're using mixpanel to drive growth of our SAAS by gauging & optimizing user experience of our product.

Very difficult for event last touch. Can not track our utm campaign exactly

I like having a quick dashboard full of data anytime I need it.

We provide insights into our platform that our clients don't have access to. They learn more trends from the data that we provide an in return that creates value for our clients.
Mixpanel allows me to track various layers & forms of data, to help me execute tasks effectively.

I love the ability to create Dashboards to see real-time data.

There can be a bit of a learning curve if you don't know what you're looking for. There are many tools in mixpanel that anyone cold overwhelmed with. Stick to the root goal of what you're trying to accomplish, and Mixpanel can help you.

Retention for my business along with being able to track the outcome & results from my marketing campaigns.

Consult with Mixpanel support and stay updated with new features.
Makes it really easy for non-technical people to query the database for answers.
What do you like best about the product?
Tons of flexibility and robustness to see various views on your data, but still easy enough for a non-engineer to understand and use on their own. They've made a ton of usability improvements in the past couple years too.

Could do more to automatically bubble up insights proactively, without the user having to do anything.
