What do you like best about the product?
- It allows us to measure the ROI of our user acquisition as we’ve plugged it with Appsflyer > make smarter investment decisions as we follow the user’s lifecycle in Mixpanel and know in fine which channel was the more ROI positive
- It allows us to prioritize our product developments
> How much is a feature used? Our users give us a lot of feedback and it is fantastic but if you ask people do you use feature X, you usually get a different answer from what your analytics tell you
- It allows us to measure our retention and spot where we could be doing more

- Autonomy: no need for our data team and very free to make a lot of analysis on a day to day basis. We have additional tool for our data scientists for specific use case and data we don’t share with third party providers
What do you dislike about the product?
- The inability to create full CRM cycles: the journey feature is still a bit simplistic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm confident that Mixpanel helps us make better user acquisition, product and customer success decisions. It is one of our central tool in our marketing tech stack. We're working hard on improving our retention, even if it is already much higher than most apps (thanks Mixpanel for providing studies every year), and we can follow this improvement by cohorts and by acquisition channel

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel allows us to define data that is meaningful to our business allowing us to make decisions based on real time data. The service has been reliable and performs at scale. It is able to query years of historical data that can be analyzed over time for seasonal trends. The Insights tool allows us to do to in depth queries quickly. It has access control to manage a large team and a large number of product offerings, mobile apps and services. Customer support is responsive and quick to help resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow us to pull together and split data different data projects. Exporting has limits and can be difficult to export in the correct shape. Documentation is not well organized on the site and sometimes outdated. The service is costly but it is competitively priced to other analytics vendors in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able understand the impact of features we release in real time. It allows us to identify key areas of our products and our accounts that are under performing allowing us to focus efforts to improve them.

Love the powerful tools that Mixpanel put in place to make product management so easy and decision oriented.

Implementation was difficult but Mixpanel helped us throughout.

We were looking for a robust look at customer behavior with predictive powers, along with powerful messaging capability. We found it!

Mixpanel: for mobile analytics it is recommended

What do you like best about the product?
After testing Mixpanel on our mobile devices, we conclude that it is used for the execution of sales funnels and their analysis, as well as cohorts and surveys. Regarding notifications, these can be fully customized to be shown after the completion of some analysis or some segmentation of clients or campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel lacks many functions that from our point of view are essential to work, such as data tracking within the social media area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The statistical modeling function is fabulously versatile, allowing us to create all kinds of models without any difficulty. Mixpanel has the advantage that it allows us to get market data (generally from customers or products) as accurate as possible, so regardless of the type of business we decide to carry out, we will always maintain a database strong enough to that working with lists is something profitable. Something useful about Mixpanel is also being able to identify, based on different patterns, the most important figures within each information collection process that we execute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integration between Zoho SalesIQ and Mixpanel is highly recommended to ensure that sales intelligence is being applied correctly to each process. Actually Mixpanel adapts without problems to several external platforms, but we want to make special mention of its integrations with the Zoho suite, with which different operations can be carried out both for marketing and sales, and for customer management.

What do you like best about the product?
I widely use it, which gives me positive results. In this way I can create fast and accurate reports. As well as excellent customization and also provides me with an easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has very positive qualities, nothing to suggest. Excellent.

Mixpanel is ideal for our organization, we use it mainly in our marketing department. It provides us to manage diversity of activities and user data easily. Ideally the implementation process is simple and it has been easy for us to use.

Mixpanel is a powerful tool that is capable of carrying out analysis on the web. It also provides visualize the data with Insights, accurate and detailed. It offers an intuitive and powerful interface, its function is very easy to use. It is suitable which offers a very good free plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I must consider and feel at ease with Mixpanel because it performs an excellent function in terms of reports, sales, live visualization and everything related to the characteristics of the software. In a nutshell I want to say that it is a very commercial program and that it adapts very well to work and my clients. Its integrations is something that I highlight of this program because it synchronizes with many platforms without any setback. In turn it is easy to use and the user feels at ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no internal capacity that allows clients to be instantaneously. In addition, its interface, although it is very understandable, does not scale well in terms of appreciation and colors. However it is a program with very good functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Mixpanel to achieve our objectives at marketing levels and funnel conversion of our platforms. In addition to this, we use it to have an extremely important data visualization to have a correct appreciation of our products and what happens in the environment. We can definitely have an excellent purpose and a totally solid tool in our marketing department.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend it. I can really determine and make very good reports. Its implementation is really incredible, I like how everything works commercially and at work level. Its price is something that you will love, it will help you to raise levels in your work environment to and to the company in general.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is easy to deploy in both mobile devices and web. It tracks customer behavior. Good for limited time and limited budgets. It helps users to know which customer is following up, how they are inviting their friends, who is leaving in between the process .It measures the customer value of satisfaction with particular user's application. User can send alerts to their customers just using their mobile phones. Users can decide what they need to do now according to their customer’s behavior. It is best for business growth. It has Simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mixpanel gets slow when you track larger data. Your applications should be designed effectively so it can be used properly and can have good value otherwise some tools will be hard to discover. There are many limitations in your application look and style if you want to make it more customize you needs to export the data and change the platform. It is costly. Sometimes you need to have some alternatives. The user interface is not easy to understand sometimes customer does not know the hidden features and sometimes gets confused that how to use the applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For business growth mix panel is one of the most useful platforms because it keeps tracks of their customer behavior. So business decisions have become easy to take. User can easily understand how their particular application is being rated in following criteria such as ease of use, features, customer support and value for money. This will help them in their future innovations. It provides mobile surveys, auto track, notifications of every action taken by an individual as well. Customer insights help them a lot for their betterment of applications. It also provides event tracking. It can be supported by web based as well as desktop.

Increasing the user analysis rate

What do you like best about the product?
It has a fairly updated and renewed interface, with constant updates, gentle and with appropriate and accurate answers when consulting a question or having a problem with the program. The application developed for mobile phones is quite functional. It is one of the best programs for data analysis. You have virtually no limitations to send messages or emails to users or customers in large numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a result, it is very complicated for me to use at the beginning, which led me to have to document myself in this regard with information from the web, explanatory videos on par with the help staff of the program which provided the appropriate information and very Gentle and understandable to me and the team I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the time it has been used, it has worked quite well to measure user behavior, it has been possible to send messages and emails to these customers with the help of this program. It is one of the most complex, complete and functional free platforms we have used so far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program is indicated for those companies or people that require an economical program of price but robust functions and tools to measure and analyze the behavior of customers.
