What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is easy to use and enables the users to speedily make graphs and charts with only a few points and clicks. The user interface is well-arranged. Mixpanel offers flexible campaigns that are well-suited for small startups too. Mixpanel provides consistent and precise client behavior analytics for mobile as well as web apps. Mixpanel evaluates and then displays the data in a way that is powerful, wide-ranging, and easy to comprehend.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not cost-effective. Enormous sizes of the data slow down Mixpanel. You must import the information and make visualizations by yourself, if you desire to modify the appearance and feel into your company’s apps and designs. The facility of simply rolling up plans into a bigger scheme even without having to replicate the information is a major absence that reduces the global worth of this product.

It has an incredible ability to send messages and emails without any limitation and its platform is very secure. The support is very fast to answer and solve any problem.

At first it was a bit difficult to understand and manage, once you get used to the tool and the documentation, you will be quite surprised at the enormous possibilities it has.

Mixpanel helps to better analyze how our users interact with our service, it is essential to constantly improve and establish which content is the most appropriate among other things that are relevant to the business, is an analysis tool and is useful for monitoring. I like that there are so many filters available for us to narrow down results to exactly what we are looking for.

Sometimes, when refreshing results, it resets the option selected on the right side of the screen.

Mixpanel makes it so we don't have to log into our customers databases to see usage.

Unable to provide e-mail marketing's impact on customer journey.

Track and understand customer journey at various stages on the website. Was able to track prospects and also engage them through e-mails.
A tool with great metrics
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the funnel and flow functions. I think it delivers great insight into how visitors are reacting to things on your site. I like the overtime comparison widget because the funnel function is really nice, but seeing how it has changed over time is really important as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of set up for certain conversion points from our dev team. I think that making that function a little more user-friendly would be nice. I feel like for UTM parameters they don't always show up correctly.

We're tracking conversion on certain elements on our website.

I think it's an interesting tool to use for user funnels & flows if that data is valuable to you this would be a good tool to consider.

Its functional list is very good but I think you probably need to import your own data and create your own visualizations, since, this is based on the third-party library search engine, the data is also duplicated and this is quite unpleasant not usually happens all the time but when it happens, it immediately hinders my workday.

Every feature of Mixpanel has built with deep user understanding and all the features are awesome but I liked it's Explore and Cohort most.

Sometimes it's behave like buggy but overall it's a great investment.

More API integrations. Also, the Data audit under the data management section. The cohort analysis to be improved.
