Jamf is the best tool for managing our MacBooks and Iphones
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf is easy to use, it helps us maintain our little fleet of devices. The webinars and lots of short videos are great for understanding and learning about Jamf
What do you dislike about the product?
Patch Management was not working properly at our site for a period of time, it seems to be working now so probably it was our own lack of getting the upgrades in as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro is helping us with our audits and getting grip on our assets

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro enables our users to provision their devices without any interaction from the IT department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support from Jamf can be a little inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf Pro solves the problem of users being able to setup their own devices. This frees up the time of our support staff.

Mostly built in functionality reduces need for OS dependant scripts. API endpoints to help automate tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always at the forefront in support Apple MDM commands immediately (eg ScheduleOSUpdate)

Pretty easy to configure and deploy settings, packages or profiles

Allows us to delegate management to Other it departments with Sites

Nothing! It does everything I need. The polices pages can be more streamlined.
