Easy to use password management system that works across multiple login scenarios
What do you like best about the product?
The integration in iOS and Chrome make my most used login experiences easy to use and keeps my details secure by making it trivial to have unique passwords.

What do you dislike about the product?
When editing details in the web app, once you save the item you are back to the long list of accounts without that one being selected or focused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is helping me and our organisation use secure, unique passwords and simplifying the login process at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is a great password manager when you want to balance features vs simplicity. It has more functionality than your built-in browser/computer password manager, but without adding all the features that complicate the UI and make it more difficult for your employees/users to adopt usage. It was very easy to implement for our organization, and integrates well with user's devices (phones, computers, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
The password change feature on Dashlane can be slightly infuriating, because in order to change you either have to log into the target website or directly into Dashlane's web interface. For systems where your password expires, this can be a significant barrier for users who don't understand how to access & edit Dashlane directly from the web interface. The experience is not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is helping our organization avoid password re-use and weak passwords. It also is helping to avoid sharing passwords over insecure systems.

Not all sites allow auto entry which can be annoying because of how well it works

It fills in automatically on spots that are not password related

Locking out if the password changes and you don’t update dashlane. It tries to fill in password too quickly and the website thinks it’s spam

The sharing capabilities are great for business.

The prompts to fill in fields are very intrusive and come up on too many fields where it is not needed.

We share passwords frequently within the business and Dashlane makes it secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of the randomized passwords generated by Dashlane. It ensures my logins are secure, and I don't have to worry about memorizing passwords or writing them down.
Dashlane also makes password sharing across our organization simple. We don't accidentally lock each other out of accounts anymore!
It's also a straightforward tool. It's been easy to get everyone trained up on Dashlane.

What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill browser field pops up when I don't want it to, and it's sometimes difficult to clear it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords and ensuring everyone on our team has access to the systems they need is crucial. Since we're a legal nonprofit, security is of utmost importance. Dashlane keeps our logins protected, and the Business plan helps us monitor secure password usage.
The BEST password manager!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an extension I can add to chrome, so it's easily accessible from work or home computers. I also have it on my mobile phone. I like the easy way you can update passwords, manage and delete old logins, it's totally intuitive hopping in to fill in forms.
As administrator, it's a simple tool to install on new employee desktops. We like that we can revoke access quickly, as well. We use it every day for every program.

What do you dislike about the product?
As I just mentioned the automatic filling in of forms, at times it can be frustrating that it won't 'go away' when your information is not your normal fill ins. If you press, "turn off until I turn back on", sometimes it just reloads anyway, plus the dialogue box is blocking the form you are on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started, everyone had a PAPER list of their passwords. We have moved into the current decade, using this easy-to-manage application.
This has profoundly improved our password management!

The ease of use, password health monitoring, dark web monitoring and is easy to use for the most technically challenged end users.

Not really a dislike, but wish it could automatically prompt to save logins for Applications.

Ensuring complex passwords are being used and can be automatically populated. No need to remember.
