Peace of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
A great peace of mind knowing our passwords are protected for the company. A solution that not only provided safety and security for passwords but ability to assign and share accounts per department/employee. User friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still learning, however would like to better understand and manage user accounts when an employee leaves. It would be great if the account could be transitioned/assigned to a new employee who serves in that role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, the ability to safely secure our business accounts information for online access.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dashlane for over 5 years. I love that I can easily access my information from anywhere, it works reliably and accurately when I need it, and that it has the flexibility to safely store notes and other information such as ID cards and payments. I use it multiple times every day. I also appreciate that I can use it on any browser or application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have had with Dashlane is that occasionally, I have duplicate entries. The information is the same for each entry, but there is more than one to choose from. I have not yet determined why this happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible for me to manage the number of logins and information that needs to be uniquely stored. I no longer need to be concerned about remembering more than one password, which allows me to use more robust passwords for all the hundreds of logins I have to maintain.

What do you like best about the product?
- Pleasing UI, easy to explain to newbies
- Seamless integration with Chrome
- Good team management
- Comes with Hotspot Shield VPN, which is pretty nice itself
- Good opinionated defaults so things work pretty well right from jump
- Standard features are just generally well implemented - password generation, auto-login, dark web sniffing, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The master password reset is a little complex and isn't automatically set up, frustrates some users
- It would be nice if the admin were more powerful, e.g. having the ability to change passwords or even just view which accounts the users have passwords for
- Spreadsheet export hard to find
- Password sharing seems to depend on the recipient accepting the shared password via email, rather than being instant as expected
- The link to set up Hotspot Shield didn't work from within Dashlane, had to contact customer support to get a working link
- Sometimes the password filler is overly eager and gets in the way of some clearly non-password related fields on the page. It can be turned off, but it'd be nice if it were a little smarter about those things

Team with many users of varying tech literacy - this brings up people to meet a nice common standard without being too confusing or scolding.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Efficient. Smooth operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it asks me to update things that does not need to be updated on file. I dont like how the prompts will never go away even if i ask them to in our CRM when filling out customers information.

Not knowing all my passwords on all the different sites our company uses daily.
Excellent Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
We like Dashlane's ability to manage an extensive number of complex passwords securely.
It is easy to use, it has a number of excellent features and is easy to integrate.

It can sometimes populate fields when you do not require it to do so, however this can be switched off on this field.

Complex password requirements across a large number of resources.
A complete password saving and sharing resource for our business
What do you like best about the product?
We use Dashlane at our non-profit to elevate our password security after some issues in the past. Sharing passwords and the functions (as an admin for the business) make it easy to get staff access, safely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it just doesn't love some websites. Signing in would be easier without it, sometimes - I mean actually remembering the password. That's saying a lot. But this is not frequent and on the whole it operates very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly security day to day. The biggest problem long-term it solves is when we have turnover. Prior to Dashlane when an employee left (quit, fired, etc.) we would be haplessly searching for passwords to log back in. Now we can easily resume business and not lose anything.
I already have recommended Dashlane to many colleagues and clients

Ease of use, ability to share pwds with family and colleagues, generated passwords

App does not work well on Android phone- will not auto populate apps and websites from phone.

Allows my firm to share login credentials for shared sites among all employees. Especially like the group feature.

Convenient and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integrating Dashlane into my work and personal devices, while maintaining a healthy seperation of the two.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I've used it for several years and it's consistent.

Password security and sharing logins across my department.
Dashlane is easy, safe and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to keep up with all my passwords and to share them with my team when needed. I also love the secure notes option, this is fantastic when I am sending password protected documents and need a secure way to send the password as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up is not real clear when it is asking you to update a password.

It keeps my passwords secure and helps me keep up with them since I have to deal with so many.
