Fantastic product, a little pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every work day- it makes logging in much quicker, especially with having so many different unique passwords for so many accounts. It feels much more secure than using a "free" password manager. You can also make preferences like whether or not it auto-fills your username and password or if you have to do a 1-click "permission" for it to fill them etc. It was easy to set up and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
$90 for one person seems a little steep, especially when you are using for a company. Would be nice to have discounted packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More secure computer-specific and person-specific password manager. Makes logging in to all of my accounts quick and easy.
Easy to use, great sharing feature
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple enough for new team members to pick up quickly while still offering a comprehensive set of features.
I particularly like the password sharing feature which has made it easy to prevent team members sharing passwords by email. Also has a great admin interface.

Great Solution for Password Management...But at a Cost
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is well organized and very efficient with both a mobile app and a Google integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my organization (small nonprofit), the pricing structure for Dashlane can be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane provides us with a central hub for managing passwords across a small staff team, a volunteer board, and a number of volunteers.
Couldn't do without it

Best password manager suited for business
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration and implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to change account email for my business. our emails changed from .com.au to .edu.au
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less password resets for staff and no more passwords being shared on paper.
Quick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the time saving of it speeding up the login process. Security is a big plus but time saving and ease of use is what I like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have to create a new login, it then after that it brings both up. Of course you can delete the old one by finding it in Dashlane, but you can only see one at a time so you have to remember or check which is old or new. It would help if you could see the old and new passwords at the same time, so you could more quickly delete the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater collaboration and security across the users of the organization
Clean, Effective, and Trusted
What do you like best about the product?
I've used multiple password managers and Dashlane has given me the best experience thus far. It has great UI design which really helps with teaching new hires how to use the password manager. The one time I had to contact customer support for a billing question was pleasant, as they responded quickly and didn't put any barriers between asking the question and receiving an answer. It was simple to import all of our existing passwords that we had saved into our browsers and then set Dashlane as the default. We use our password manager frequently, probably over 5 times each day and then I also have an account for my personal use when I'm off the clock. It's an affordable software that has historically been way more trustworthy than a lot of the Big Names in password managers. I trust Dashlane and I will continue to use them for my passwords and payment information until the sun explodes. I won't use another software when I already have the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is so incredibly minor and is probably user error, but for some websites I have multiple logins saved and sometimes in my rush to get logged in, overwrite one username with another username's password. Between Dashlane being eager to help with the little popup and Chrome screaming at me to use an outdated password I have yet to get rid of, sometimes I select the wrong thing. I don't ever worry about losing that overwritten password, though, because it's so easy to go into the "view history" on the web app and revert the password back to what it was before I plowed through. This isn't a dig on Dashlane, more of a comment on how user error could be construed as a software problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've come from companies that have had their passwords on a printed out Word Document that was multiple pages stapled together. When I had the opportunity to help my current employer transition from an outdated password manager that was becoming too expensive, I did a lot of research. The culmination of that research landed me on Dashlane. Not only does it store all the passwords needed for the entire company, we can utilize their Spaces and Collections features to really organize what role needs access to what credentials. Being able to share specific passwords with other users is a massive benefit, as well, because we need to be able to create logins and send other employees those credentials.
We also use it for storing payment information, which is huge for us, as we have a handful of client credit cards to secure.

Dashlane makes it easy to share passwords across our 20 person team.
What do you like best about the product?
It generally just works across web and mobile. The user interface is simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people have trouble seeing the notification that a password has been shared with them and that they need to accept it. I think new password shares should be unmissable for casual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and keeping track of a ton of passwords.
Lost without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I can login to Dashlane at any computer/device so my passwords are always available. I keep important notes in Dashlane and can lock them for extra security. It has a VPN that helps with security when logging in away from the office. It keeps my credit card info, and auto fills so I dont need to hunt for my card. This is used every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think I have a downside, it is so much more useful that if there is a downside, I easily overlook it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 300 passwords saved, I used to have a spreadsheet in my desk, how safe is that? Now they are all locked in Dashlane.
