What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have all of your passwords in one place, and not worry about security. You can always check if your password has been leaked, and use the platform to generate passwords with specific character requirements. It's also easy to invite your team and keep an eye on their password health as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forget your master password, you are screwed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my passwords in one secure location, and monitoring leaks

I like how quickly it fills in passwords and logs into the sites. Very user friendly.

Sometimes it can be challenging to update a current password.

It solves the issue of having to remember several different passwords.
Solid, reliable product
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few items that make Dashlane a good product for us. First it's simple and integrates very well into most browsers. Second sharing of credentials or notes is transparent and easy. Third the extra tools like password health keep all the members of the organization engaged in best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the auto fill is a little too aggressive making the filling of forms annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While providing services to our customers we are often given access to their networks, SAS platforms etc. With group sharing we can easily and securely store, share, and find those credentials to keep our employees productive and our clients happy.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating that there is way to actually call support. It is all via chat or email. So you can't have something fixed quickly even if it is time sensitive. But rest assured that the problem will be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple people who may need to access a account and this allows us to have easy access to it while keeping our information secure.
Makes life easy
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to physically remember every password. Dashlane makes it super easy to access all my passwords whether on the app or on my web browser. Plus I love the password generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
If using in the browser, it can get a little annoying with trying to sign in automatically, when you may not need to sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several shared passwords that are shared between various employees. It makes it easy to remember and share those passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manages passwords, including updates, well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a few seconds for Dashlane to "wake up".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple login passwords, including updates. When you have too many passwords to remember and they are changing constantly, then a product like this is very helpful, otherwise I'd have to keep them all in a spreadsheet and look them up very often.
Great product, but not cheap
What do you like best about the product?
Good functionality across devices. Keeps getting better and really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every year the costs goes up way above inflation, making it harder to justify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using unique secure passwords for lots of different digital services in annoying and time consuming, Dashlane take away alot of the effort.
It just works
What do you like best about the product?
Many people can use the apple or google password manager, but I really like using Dashlane more as it works on all the platforms. Good admin console to see if all the employees are using it properly. The first thing to set up on a computer is this and then you have access to everything very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think this dislike only apply to Dashlane, but sometimes, some webpages are not well optimize to use the password manager and it can be frustrating to set up one manually instead of automatically as it works for most website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a different and more complex password for all the accounts that we use at work and personnaly.
Simple, solid, user friendly tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane gives me peace of mind knowing I can have unique passwords for every login online and not have to worry about remembering them. Add in 2fa and passkey integration and the ability to securely share passwords with staff, and it’s a really good fit. It’s easy to use and onboard. I use it every day and highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t change initial login email. Would have to export and reload on a new account to change my initial email. Business changed name so old email is invalid.

Keeps us from re-using passwords and enables us to securely share passwords.
Great way to save password safely and securely
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how simple the plug in and the app is to use. Also, to get a more detailed view there is the web interface that shows password history and what not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that Dashlane constantly pops up. I know this is a feature I can disable but just have not yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like how simple they make it to create groups and share certain passwords with groups. This makes passwords super easy to manage.
