What do you like best about the product?
What i find best about dashalne is the ability to create groups and share passwords to groups, supporting role based access. So i can create groups per team/function and share passwords and when i start someone, i can just assign them to groups and they have the access needed. dashlane is easy to use and implement for a non technical ngo.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike is the inability for the dashlane chrome extension to learn when NOT to fill in passwords, I find it sometimes isn't clear that someone is saving a password and over riding an already saved credential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is helping solve the problem of needing to access shared accounts by enabling ease of sharing and enablement of mfa tokens being added directly into saved creds because it means not having to rely on one person to hold the MFA token.
Easy to Administer and Deploy
What do you like best about the product?
Great for novice password manager users, and easy to administer
What do you dislike about the product?
None, it is easy to deploy and use. I would roll it out without hesitation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management solutions like Dashlane can be useful in the cloud to mitigate the risk of malicious access. The use of Dashlane to eliminate low-quality reused passwords and eliminate compromised security is an added value to the business.
Useful and convenient every day application
What do you like best about the product?
With every single online site requiring a case sensitive password, it is so helpful to have them all stored on one easy access application. Huge time saver. Additionally, being able to securely share a password with an assistant or colleague is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Dashlane doesn't help my brain memorize the seemingly million different passwords I have to use every day. I'd be lost without you.

Providing secure access to the programs needed to run my business. sharing sensitive passwords with staff so they are able to complete projects.
Exceptional Password Generator and Storage
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and implement in both work and home environments. Easy to add new employees, family members and keep work separate from personal. The option to add labels and notes and then share is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding on the web portal is a pain, but I can go to the add-in or mobile app and find with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business has multiple employees with single logins for vendors. It is easy for quick access to any employee to have the ability to update passwords when required and everyone has it instantly. No more, "did someone change the password? Why didn't you share it?" issues happening. We can walk to any computer in the organization login to the add-in and have the passwords at our fingertips. It has saved so much time and made sites so much more secure with the password generator.
Excellent management of sensitive information
What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to remember my passwords every time I log in to a portal. The passwords generated are sophisticated and complex. I can use Dashlane on all my devices. Easy to use and access. Sending secret notes/info is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't send secret notes/info to someone who is not also a user. But that is not really a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing ease of access and security to multiple portals with managing the sensitivity of password management.

What do you like best about the product?
All my passwords are in the same place and it's easy to integrate it with Chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit expensive, but when you have lots of passwords and accounts and you want to keep them safe and in one place, you realize it's worth the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have too many accounts that we must share with the entire team and Dashlane help us save a lot of time.

No need to remember password and randomized generated password are convenient

The login frequency may be too often. Not many downsides

Great product, improving company and support, but a little short of enterprise features
What do you like best about the product?
THe best part is the personal and work buckets. Keeper is clunky and other managers dont work well. BYOD is very real and having 2 buckets is essential. It is easy to setup users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously was on a business package where support was chat/email only. This was the worst. We had 2 issues that over the years that were pretty bad. One had a firefox extension broken for a few weeks, and another was autofill functionality broke. Getting updates without better support was tough to live through. We actually renewed and upgraded our support to phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to give a recommended password solution that integrates into all browsers. Some products fall short on windows/firefox, but are great for apple.

Sharing passwords within departments is critical and Dashlane makes this seamless.

There are no downsides that we have experienced.

We share passwords among staff and this provides a safe and secure avenue to do so.
Excellent across all plat forms and devices An except attrition to our office security procedures.

It is always present. No matter the platform works on all my devices and platforms or device. Fantastic for teams and office usage.

At times the auto suggest is a kittke troublesome. Easy to make mistake and reset a password unnecessarily.
