Great with some issues
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to share passwords with people in my organisation. It was easy for us to deploy and get the team set up with dashlane. I use it every day to store passwords and share them with the team, it was very easy to move to this from our old password manager.We have never had to reach out to support for any issues with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i set a new password for sites sometimes it does not save and keeps the old password.

This allows us to store and share passwords between the ICT support team
Easy tool for password sharing
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Dashlane every day for more than a year now and I can see the tool is of a daily help. Coming from Dashlane, the import was quite easy though Dashlane doesn't work with real group. I use Dashlane for both my professional passwords but also for my personal passwords where I also store payment cards, address, ... I have also active the family license which come automatically with your professional subscription. This way you can also share passwords with your family.
The dashlane extension is installed in my browser, which is very handy to fill in information when needed.
I had to reach out to the customer support using the live chat and they provided me with an answer immediatly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dashlane doesn't provide a desktop app in order to be able to fill in password in local apps. Though it's still possible to open the browser and retrieve the information from there.
Sometimes the dashlane pop-up comes over some lists, making it a bit difficult to make a selection but it can be disable for the current session.

Having strong passwords and sharing them with my team

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and always there. I feel more secure, logging in to accounts is easy and fast. And for my companies it makes managing passwords so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small things. I have multiple accounts at some banks, but not all auto-fill the log-on property, and I have to do it manually.

Remembering passwords, reusing passwords, managing accounts that have to be shared.

What do you like best about the product?
It really did organize our password management for our teams. We solved many issues with written down passwords, problems with one person changing a password, but not updating it with other computers, and just general management of passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest complaint would be the issues we have had off and on with the browser extension.

I was always trying to share my passwords with my coworkers and keep them up to date when they change. Dashlane helped with that.
Efficient, Easy-to-Use Password Manager for our Agency!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dashlane is its ease of use and intuitive interface. Managing and sharing passwords with team members is seamless, which improves collaboration and productivity. We use the app almost everyday and we have added this to our Team Onboarding as its very easy to implement and integrate with our team member's onboarding process. Customer support is also very responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to bulk delete passwords is a drawback, especially since shared passwords need to be unshared before deletion. Adding a feature to identify and manage duplicates would also be a valuable improvement.

Dashlane solves the problem of securely managing and sharing multiple passwords with ease. The ability to share groups of passwords using the Groups feature is particularly beneficial for team collaboration, making it simple to manage access for different projects or departments. This streamlined process saves time and ensures everyone has the access they need without compromising security.

Sometimes the password auto complete shows up at the wrong time and is annoying.

Making sure we have strong and unique passwords for every service. Sharing passwords without revealing credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
It proves quite convenient and surprises me with it's ease.

The automatic filling in could use a bit of work. Fills out when it shouldn't sometimes.

Helps us securely create and store passwords. We use the generator for new staff logins.

Great mobile app that I can take with me anywhere. Easy to setup and educate users how to use it.

Support is difficult to find a solution and no real phone number to call or contact. Wish there was a support agent to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to use, and it's effective across devices and browsers via the app, plugin, and web app. It's organized, easy to update, and the auto-fill feature is terrific.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autofill is not as consistent as I'd like. Sometimes it works, sometimes it tries to fill in appropriate fields and can't be turned off, and sometimes it tries to populate the wrong info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating unique, strong passwords and keeping track of it all across myriad accounts is the key pain point being solved here. And, the auto fill (when it works properly) is a huge time saver in accessing/using the passwords. It is also great for payments - storing various payment methods that then accelerate the checkout or payment process is also very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty straightforward & easy to setup. Convenient Admin portal which allows you to manage all users & maintain a good password health score. Handy tips on weak/used passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe we are missing good guides to use Dashlane, it can be confusing for users to maintain a personal & company space. More clarity & setup guide for first-time login would be helpful. Good idea to list the do's & don'ts to clarify what is visible to the company admin & what isn't such as spaces.
