Dashlane - Passwords made easy, and security education / awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane has been fantastic at encouraging good password behaviours. The password score and warnings about password re-use etc have driven great improvements with most of our team members now having separate credentials for everything. It has almost gamified password security which has been positive.
It was very easy to implement and integrate, simply enroll people and they install the integrated browser addon and it works well. Using the mobile apps means people have their passwords on hand at all times securely. Prompting even more use daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it works well and does what it says it does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple different "non enterprise" password managers being used across the group with no centralised control. And no visibility of quality / security.
Dashlane has helped score each of our users and give them tips to improve it - which has made improving our password security posture easy.

Robust Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is easy to use and has all of the basic features and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Secrets Sharing is a pain, you have to reshare secrets notes every time you update them. They should just auto update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping password safe and allowing for many password to be use instead of a singular one.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to set up and manage. Easy to add and remove users. Passwords are created and saved easily. Customer service is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was told I could just send a join link to all of my team members but that isnt the case. You have to invite them by email to get on the Americans United site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all of our passwords safe and organized. When people leave I will now have records of their passwords and wont be locked out of vital accounts.
Easy to use and hyper performant
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is only having to remember one password to unlock the system. Once logged in, I can quickly access whatever credentials I need either on my laptop or my mobile device. Browser integration is easy. Set up / implementation is easy, and even though I use Dashlane daily, I've not had to contact customer support. If I did have to contact customer support, I'm sure they'd be very easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more information about which website is assigned to which login (example would be potential employers who use ADP and have very similar websites).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember highly complex passwords nor keep a written journal of passwords. This increased my productivity and helps to keep my desk clean!

I've been using Dashlane for a couple of years and am so glad I made the switch. It's made managing my passwords so much easier and more secure.

I love that it automatically fills in my login information, so I don't have to remember all those different passwords. I also love the feature of having 2FA automatically updated on the sites that have been set up. My employees had the same experience with ease of use.
From my research, Dashlane is also very secure. It uses military-grade encryption to protect my data and has a number of other security features that give me peace of mind. I know that my passwords are safe and sound with Dashlane.

I have yet to find a dislike in the application since it does all I need it to.

Remember a mind numbing number of passwords and creating new secure passwords as well as MFA built in.
Dashlane Is Reliable and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane works on all platforms. It allows you to categorize entries and share credentials with colleagues and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autocomplete is sometimes erratic, filling in the wrong information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows you to easily generate strong, unique passwords, rather than reusing flawed passwords and saving them in an insecure location.
Not my favourite app anymore

That I can share password, with other authorized members, that I don't have to remember complex password!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my commercial version doesn't save my login. 2. that when passwords are share, you only have full or limited. and full allows for the password to be changed, while limited doesn't let me see the password.

Easy to use and accessible. Nice to be able to put all my Pw, log ins in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I forgot my master pw to log into my personal Dashlane and I am not able to reset my pw and I am still not able to get into my personal dashlane account to retrieve my info. It is very. difficult because I cannot recall any security codes to be able to reset pw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One location to store all your password and data. No need to remember all the pw. Easily accessible as long as you remember your master log in.

Automated login process; generates passwords for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some confusion with multiple state logins - need to manually name the site or it can get confusing; Dashlane does try to attach to open fields within some of my software platforms, which can be a pain.

What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is very easy to use and the integrations with browsers and cell phone operating systems makes it very easy to use across platforms. The pricing is very reasonable especially for businesses. I love that Dashlane provides a friends and family plan for our employees as an added benefit with our paid licenses. The sharing features make getting new employees and vendors access to shared logins simple and secure. The password generator works well and provides options that allow it to match any system's password requirements.
We implemented Dashlane to improve our business security but once I started using it for my personal accounts, I can't imagine going back to trying to remember important passwords and reusing the same passwords for everything else. It is the first thing I log into every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we've had any issues with is that the friends and family plan that is offered free with the paid business license is only available via a one time email sent immediately after the account is set up and if the employee misses the email it is difficult to get it resent.

We had users reusing passwords and simple passwords on shared accounts. The password generator and vault has simplified sharing complex passwords and encourages users to create passwords that are secure.
