Dashlane makes security for small IT teams easy
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is very easy to implement and get folks up and running. It takes a few minutes to load into device management (in our case Intune) and an hour later everyone had it in their browsers. It was a seamless integration. Additionally, we were able to use the various reporting tools, activity logs, health scores, and alerts to get at-a-glance management of our users. Our users use Dashlane every day, as it has become a part of their everyday lives. Finally, I love our support team, I can email them and usually get a response that day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The product itself is great, and initial training was good. However, I'd really like to see more in-depth tutorials that I can refer my users to in case they have questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our consultants work with a lot of clients and tools, and they usually have different password requirements. With Dashlane, our consultants can easily manage and sign in to their functions without having to fumble with a physical password manager or making the same password for everything.
Great Password Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I tried other password keepers prior to settling on Dashlane. Even with a business subscription, the others had issues with syncing, not on Dashlane though! The passwords sync seamlessly. The reports are easy to understand and their support is easy to contact if needed. I've only needed support a few times and they were able to address my needs each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't see a downside. It is priced competitively, has good support, and functions as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling how passwords are shared within our company and making it more secure.
We handle multiple passwords from each of our clients. It is reassuring to let them know we take their security seriously and store their information securely.

Easy to use and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Autocomplete and the ease of use of the software
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool should improve on the organization of passwords, as some passwords are shared and perhaps we could group them to place usage groups according to certain security rules (maybe existing but I haven't found it).
It would also be interesting to be able to share encrypted files.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Save time on the use of passwords and the implementation of strong passwords. For the team, this greatly simplifies their usage.
Excellent password manager for PC and mobile use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, fill passwords with a single click in browser or with fingerprint on mobile. Able to create secure notes for non-password items. Secure wallet allows me to fill payment info. For my team I can share certain passwords easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside. This product is great and does everything I want it to do.

Prevents password re-use and makes them extremly easy to manage.

Sometimes sharing passwords within the organization can be difficult/confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Dashlane. I use it both personally and professionally. The best part professionally is that when an employee leaves I revoke their Dashlane credentials, all of my accounts and our client's accounts are safe

Safety and security
Dashlane was a great cloud replacement for our previous On-Prem solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is very easy to use, and provides a safe storage for my company and personal areas. Most of what I do requires authentication many times a day, and so the browser plugin is extremely useful to fill in most commonly used passwords. It also gives me a secure and complex password generator for new logins. My favourite Dashlane feature is being able to share logins for internal systems with other members of my team, and other teams in the buesiness, very securely with a simple eimail invite system, that allows me to set their access rights to such sensitive data
What do you dislike about the product?
As multiple logins build up in my dashlane account, sometimes the browser plugin suggests incorrect logins, and this can cause confusion for some websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's a safe storage area for sensitive data. This my sound obvious but it removes the human error element of forgetting credentials.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite function is the ability to share passwords throughout my company. It makes it easy and secure. Especially when it comes to sharing logins that for users who don't need access to sites but not admin access to thise specific logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the autofill and login funtions sometimes frustrating. There may be several accounts for one specific site and it will automatically login forcing me to logout and quickly put in the other login before it autofills and logs in for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to keep track of passwords across multiple devices. It's very easy to install and sign up to. I use it daily for myself and everyone in my business. I've also asked a few questions from the support team over time, who have been very helpful and knowledgable. I manage my companby account so having the admin console to provide an administrative overview is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes to the auto complete function doesn't load first time and you need to refresh the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is ensuring all our employees use complex and unique passwords for all systems they have access to. It also allows me to create groups and assign members to groups when we must share company wide password access to specific thirds party services.
Dashlane users for a few years. We are very happy with it.

I don't like how it wants to prefill fields when you have to MFA.
