Great product overall and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because its easy to use and works with all of my devices

I dont like that you cant share passwords outside of dashlane
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was sharing passwords over email and what not so we moved to dashlane which helped a lot

What do you like best about the product?
Great password manager that has not suffered any security breaches. Great support. I originally chose Dashlane based on features and also with the theory that the most popular solution would be likely to attract more attention from hackers. It has stood the test of time over 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was disappointed when the desktop clients were sunsetted. Some of our developers have been frustrated by Linux support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of passwords and other shared information. Having a system for this is an essential part of a secure business.
Dashlane - used for business and personal passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I like having each password be unique and virtually hack-proof, without having to remember or type it in. It is easy to use, keeps all my passwords and secure notes, generates secure passwords, and is easy to share a allow a coworker to access software without sharing my password.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is when I don't have access to Dashlane - my internet or my phone is down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using much more secure and unique passwords for business and personal logins. Automatically sign in on websites (when set to do so). No re-use of passwords.
Delivers exactly what it promises.
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane saves all my passwords in one place so that I don't have to continually keep a spreadsheet or booklet of passwords anymore. It's amazingly easy to hit 'save' when I update a password on the computer and I can trust that it's secure instead of just saving it on Google. It is also incredible that it will create a password for you that fits the parameters the website is giving you; this is excellent for websites that make you change your password every two weeks for security.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't exactly easy to get set up. If you already have a bunch of passwords and sites saved already it works wonderfully, but it is time consuming and fairly complicated for someone not computer savvy to get all of their current site and password information entered.

Working is a whole lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
Work is so much easier and efficient not having to keep track of all the passwords that I use. I find that it has simplified working and also personally has helped me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while, a password won't take on a website due to the nature of the set of password needed.

The fact of having lists and lists of passwords

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple to deploy but with all the features we could ask for. We have implemented Dashlane as a requirement for all our users, and it has entirely changed our security footprint. It's our users most accessed (and used) app, and the team would riot if we got rid of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Haven't found an issue yet.

We needed to manage complex passwords for all the users across our team.
Stay organized with a big team
What do you like best about the product?
The advantage to dash line is that I can use it with my team and have sharing capabilities with different permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In a world where were increasingly using mobile devices, I wish when I changed a password or created one through my mobile device that it would update dash lane the way it does on a desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a mortgage broker and have 50 different banks that we work with. We are constantly having to update passwords and this solve the problem of one person changing it and then having to email everybody else about the change.
Dashlane has been instrumental in quickly and easily transforming our password security
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to: learn, group and share passwords, add/subtract/reassign users. Seamlessly works with smartphone to connect all devices (phone, watch, pc, television, etc.). User experience and interface is simple and easy to navigate. Price per user is very reasonable. Public and Private separation is beneficial for incentivizing use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not catalog the correct log-in page. Sometimes on smartphone and computer, password does not auto populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We store large amounts of client passwords due to the nature of our work as consultants to local governments. Our previously practices were putting us and our clients at significant risk. Now, we have full ecryption and storage of passwords and a high degree of confidence that our security posture is greatly enhanced, serving both our needs and our clients interests.
Most Helpful Tool I use Everyday!
What do you like best about the product?
Its automatic! I remember one password and whoosh, it logs me into all of my different accounts. Its on my phone too. Its stores all the important details I can not afford to lose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haha Sometimes its too automatic. I have to turn it off to be able to log on to a different account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cant seem to remember what day it is, let alone 100 different passwords. With the Manager, you remember one password and it does all the work for you!
A reliable, secure and easy to use app
What do you like best about the product?
It synchs across all my devices and is easily accessible for wherever and whenever I need to access a password quickly. I use the app every day on multiple devices and am confidaent that my information is secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always input the password as expected on my mobile device. Sometimes I have to log into the app more than once and even then, it doesn't always autofill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to log into a site quickly and easily can be a challenge and Dashlane makes the process easier, assuring me that my passwords are secure. It also alerts me when a password has been compromised so I can easiy change them as needed.
