Long time user, still happy
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashlane user experience is easy, which is very important to me. It gives me great control and I feel more secure because of it. The administration for business accounts is super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it tries to auto fill when it is forms that are for login purposes. I understand the technology cannot always distinguish but I have noticed it several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the 100s of logins I require these days, it keeps the logins and passwords organized, I don't have to come up with unique passwords on my own and remember them and I can quickly detect when a password may be compromised.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super helpful to have a place with all my webaddresses, user names, passwords, account numbers can be kept. I love that it loggs me into these sights when I return. Love that I can share certain login info with different people within the company that need it without giving them access to everything I have in dashlane. We all use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm newer to the business manager site so still trying to manuever it ... seems a little confusing upon setup but could be because we went from a single user to a business account and that switchover was messy. I don't like that sometimes the dashlane popup window gets in my way when working on sites because it's trying to save info not pertinent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping logins safe and handy to everyone in the company that needs it. Love that I no longer have to give everyone access to ALL the logins ... just those they need to do their job.
Essential Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Just works. Easy to use, works on all platforms and is reliable. Makes sharing both payment methods, passwords and notes with the entire team easy. Promotes good password practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked moving to a web app only on Windows. It made it more cumbersome to use outside of webbrowsers in Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unique passwords for every single credential we have.
Dashlane is a great way to manage saved passwords securely and quickly log onto websites.
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple and easy to save log ins that automattically fill and log in when going to websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can glitch and make logging in difficult, especially if the website sends you to another site to enter the password to log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily store mutiple passwords for insurance company log ins. normally have approximatly 300 log ins and it organizes them and keeps them safe for me.

What do you like best about the product?

- Appreciate the auto-fill capabilities that save me time and headaches when logging into applications
- Love the password generator so I'm sure that all passwords are strong and secure, love that after used they're auto-saved
- Appreciate the extra features available like secure wifi when working from a coffee shop
- Apprecaite the ability to store secure notes, IDs and payment methods
- Easy to share passwords, secure notes, etc. with others as needed

What I like best about dashlane is that it can separate the personal info from work, Single Sign-On can be configured and it comes with a VPN addon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about dashlane.Maybe a cheaper price?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple logins in the organisation and many users need to access these logins therefore the password sharing aspect is great.

Google chrome integration and sharing of private passwords between a small team

Sometime the dropdown for a credential entry can be too big and invasive

I does what you need it too, and is better than previous password management tools I have used.

multi platform crossover, ie using the mobile app along side the browser plug in
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the enter username/password prompt will come up when its not atually a username/password field within a website. it will then coverup the work i'm doing and is difficult to dismiss

as an admin i can enforce that our staff are using dashlane and see there activity
Great Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of keeping all passwords in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better integration with other password managers. I would like to sync these with google and apple with out downloading a csv. Seems like there could be an api or something the collaborates better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage of all passwords.
Massively secure with very little hassle
What do you like best about the product?
I have hundreds of very secure passwords that are recalled immediately with the click of a few buttons. One master password gets me access to everything I need to securely log in to most any site. And having to change a password is also super simple with the password generator.
The days of excel or one period for all accounts is in the past. Now I'm secure with every log in.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are forms that need to be completed for a particular site. Dashlane attempts to help in this process and usually does a very good job (e.g. names, addresses etc). But there are occasions where it attempts to help that aren't applicable. When that happens, stopping Dashlane from "assisting" is inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to create and then continually update secure unique passwords is solved in a couple clicks with Dashlane.
