Mixed feelings, the good, the bad, the ugly from IT Admin
What do you like best about the product?
When Dashlane works properly, it is a game changing tool. I will explain further in the dislike section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashlane works best for individuals and employees that only need to monitor 1 email address. For example, 1 person only has to check their company email address and no others. Dashlane is going to work like a champ day in and out.
If the individual or employee has to monitor more than 1 email address. For example, Someone in a sales, customer service, marketing, billing, IT, etc. They are monitoring their employee email address and 1 ore more additional email addresses.
We log in using Google and SSO. When their is more than 1 email address in the mix, Dashlane will randomly stop working and the only way to make it work properly is to either turn the Chrome extension off, then back on or uninstall the extension and then reinstall it.
I have turned the extension off, then on, and uninstall/reinstall more than 100 times this year. Probably more than 300 times since we first signed up around 2 years ago. I remote in to the employees computers to fix their Dashlane not working properly.
Overall, from an IT Admin point of view that cares more about the overall success of the company that I work for, I would say that I would still purchase Dashlane.
You might be asking why. Well, Dashlane may have its issues but it adds a layer of encryption to all of the passwords. Passwords are NOT stored in the web browser. You are drastically reducing risk of credentials being stolen by Malware and that makes my frustration and ugly feelings all worth it.
You can think of Dashlane as a seatbelt. It is hard to find someone that loves them but we all want them because it reduces risk of death. Dashlane can potentially save a company millions of dollars. Every company has 1 or more employees that click on every link they get in an email. Not if, but when they click on a Malware accessible link, Dashlane protects credentials.

Best Password Manager, Trustworthy App!
What do you like best about the product?
The app is quite easy to use for me. I just installed it, and it started saving my passwords as I log into my accounts. It can generate strong passwords for you, so you don't have to come up with them yourself. The most important and best feature is that you only have to remember one master password. I use Dashlane everyday while logging in to my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has some limitations. You can only store a limited number of passwords. If you want to sync your passwords with multiple devices, you will need to upgrade to the premium version. Tbh, it is good for businesses and it might not be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my work, there are multiple tools where I have to login every single day but certainly the Dashlane was helpful. It saved my passwords and all I had to do is click on the relevant ID and it auto-fills the passwords for me. They also have a VPN for extra protection. I just remember one master password and the app asks me to enter this master password, once in 14 days, that's it! It saves me from manually entering login credentials every time I access a site. Also, I have added this as an extension in my work Chrome profile so it auto-pops up while logging in.

A safe system for password security
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool for storing all of your passwords; no need to remember them all; simply save them and use them conveniently. I've been using Dashlane for the past 2.5 years, and it's highly user-friendly and solves all of my problems while logging into apps. The best feature of Dashlane is that we don't have to log in every day; simply click the 'Save Login Details for 14 days' option, and you'll be able to access the passwords for 14 days without logging in again. I really like the app's extension, which makes it quite simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the app; it is the best password manager.

I have a poor habit of recalling passwords, but since using the Dashlane Password Manager, this problem has been fixed, and I no longer have to worry about remembering passwords. It makes my job so much easier; all I have to do now is open the desired app, and Dashlane will do the rest.

Very Impressive product

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the ability to share logins without disclosing credentials
Password Manager Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
It's not one of the import security features, but the fact that Dashlane submits a page for where you have selected the usr+pwd makes me smile every time - one less click to do.

Absolutely nothing bad about Dashlane at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A must-have for modern businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I am so glad as an IT Manager in the knowledge that our company now uses randomly generated passwords, and that we have an up to date and secure place to manage shared logins. I love that it is available on all platforms, and that your 2FA codes are available on every device, as opposed to traditional options where it only on the one phone.
The folks here have really managed to get a grasp of it pretty quickly, I was thinking that I was going to have a lot of trouble convincing people to switchover and understand both the "why" we're doing it, along with how to use Dashlane itself.
I think it's fantastic as an administrator that I can see a secure score, it really helps me to identify employees who may need a bit of help with their password management, or that I might need to do a bit more training with the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think we could improve by having a silent/forced accept share option as a manager. In the beginning, I would have set up a lot of shared credentials, and waiting for the recipient to accept a share is a tad annoying as an admin.
I could see as a user how it would make sense, but for onboarding, I would like to be able to load people up with plenty of shared items upfront.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's improving our security as people were using easy to guess combinations, and when resetting their passwords, they were just changing the year number they had at the end.
Dashlane allowed us to minimise shared accounts, and give teams the power to have their own individual user accounts on the platforms that support it. That greatly improves security, but also accountability, both when the person is employed since their activity is linked to their own account, but also if you need to let someone go, there isn't this huge list of plain text passwords for shared accounts that they have access to.
