Easy to use password management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Auto-generation and storage of passwords across all my platforms. I also like how it reminds me not to re-use passwords and how I can make my passwords more secure
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the auto-login can get a little buggy if you are signing into a platform where you have multiple accounts (i.e. business & personal)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane manages all my log-ins and allows me to shared credentials with other users in my organization. Dashlane also allows me to monitor the health of my organization's password security practices.
Running a Global Media Brand wouldn't be possible without Dashlane Business

Permissionable controls for my team members
The ability to use Dashlane on all my devices
High levels of industry leading security protocols
Being able to categorize and permission off certain credentials

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a 2FA option provided by Dashlane for Master Account Login that didn't require me to use a different service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate real time with my team members across the globe without worrying about sacrificing credentials and security is revolutionizing how we work and makes me feel like our business is secure.
The best password manager in existence
What do you like best about the product?
It's secure. The security whitepaper and practices are the best. As a medical clinic, protecting my patient's data is not only an ethical obligation, it carries a lot of legal risk for me. I use dashlane all day, every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately they have progressively degraded their support for hardware token 2-factor auth. I'm not sure why, as they previously had an implementation, but not that is removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to use complex, long, unique passwords across the web, providing maximum security.
Great way to keep up with passwords. Needs some work on autofill functions.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to keep up with my (very secure) passwords!
What do you dislike about the product?
When the autofill feature does not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-company collaboration when single passwords are required.

What I like best about Dashlane is its seamless way it integrates with our consulting company's workflows.

Sometimes the suggestion to fill a password shows on a screen in a way it's hard to decline it. it's problematic if for instance you don't want to use dashlane at this moment.

Dashlane is solving the critical issue of password management for our consulting company. With its robust features and strong encryption, it ensures that our team's sensitive data remains secure.
Glitchy but secure
What do you like best about the product?
--Zero knowledge architecture
--There are a number of features that are helpful:
*somewhat easy sharing within workspace
*admin expanded activity log
*password health section is particularly helpful
*ability to categorize logins as business or personal
*account recovery option (note: default setting is off)
*can install on more than one device
--Appreciate the better-than-nothing VPN and dark web monitoring add-ons
--Import/export is very easy
--They claim to have never been breached

What do you dislike about the product?
--It's glitchy. I get requests from staff somewhat regularly saying that Dashlane isn't working right, and how do they fix it? The chrome extension randomly fails or crashes, the auto-fill is clunky, etc
--My company is not tech savvy (mostly), and there's a few oddities that make for a messier UX
--Can't share payments
--SSO is only availble for premium business accounts
--I was told that because of our company size, we don't get an account manager. I know this is common but it's always disappointing. An account manager shouldn't be based on the revenue of the account, and I started with my company after the initial account setup, so no one showed up to help me figure it out :/
--Doesn't seem to do 3rd party audits which is kind of odd and just a little shady

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Login security is the primary service for us. I particularly appreciate the password health section and my administrator ability to monitor the password health of my employees
Dashlane for Business is easy to use and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I love that a user can have both personal and business passwords stored in separate areas in the same account. It is so easy to share business passwords with colleagues. I also like how easy it is to access payment methods and know that they are secure. When we had questions about using Dashlane for our business it was so easy to connect with a real person at customer support. They worked with us until a solution was found. As we have hired new employees, they have found it very easy to learn Dashlane and incorporate it into their daily routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of using Dashlane are that some websites no longer allow passwords to prefill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane keeps our passwords secure and also lets us know when we have weak passwords, or when employees are reusing passwords.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The majority of the time, Dashlane works perfectly and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow at times, and sometimes fills in the wrong field. These events are quite rare, however. Billing, however, is a bit unclear. There's no way to see billing history on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password sharing is fast and easy.
Simple, Elegant Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, works well, nice UI, pretty reliable, easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little buggy. Not as feature-rich as some competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgotten passwords/password resets are a thing of the past (for the most part)
Dashlane is helping us be more secure by using unique passwords

Polished Product with great service
What do you like best about the product?
I think my favorite thing about Dashlane for Business is the support. They are both responsive and intelligent. I hate to waste my time. They don't have me wasting my time which makes me happy. They support SSO and SCIM which was a requirement for me. I migrated from LastPass and the UX is so much better which is a relief. The documentation is pretty good as well and I was able to do almost everything with no support upon implementation.
The mobile experience works pretty well. It is on par or better than other solutions I have used at this level. We use Dashlane for business daily in our operations.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time-out for SSO uses is session-based. They have to re-authenticate via SSO on every login per browser session. This can get annoying. It is however more secure.
I also wish I could provision admin-only users with no license. I am wasting a license just because we separate admin accounts from standard user accounts which is a good security methodology. However, this costs more in Dashlane to operate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product keeps tracking of all the passwords for all our devices and allows SSO authentication for the master key. This makes forgetting a password less likely since it is stored in the Dashlane password vault. This in turn reduces operational overhead.
