Fully Functional to Keep any information secure
What do you like best about the product?
The prompts that Dashlane provides when you're on a new site or when you're saving new information are very helpful. It keeps everything organized on the go instead of having to manually enter the information on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. I'm currently under my work's account so not personally paying for this. I would likely choose not to pay for this personally if I were to leave my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our work sensitive information secure when it comes to login usernames and passwords. It has provided a fast and easy way to login to the several platforms we use without comprimising our security.
Dashlane is still amazing
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dashlane for Teams for 3 years. Dashlane has allowed me to share client information and passwords with my remote team in a way that is easy and simple to do. I recently shared my password with my virtual assistant. Intially she was unable to log in using Dashlane, and then I realized she had not installed the extension. After installation, she easily logged into the portal. I definitely recommend it whether you are an individual or a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple clients for whom I write grants. Each grant portal requires an email and password, but unfortunately grant funders often use the same portal system. After setting up passwords for this client, it became difficult to differentiate between the portals for different clients. I worked around this by creating usernames that correspond to the client and grant portal. Despite this difficulty, I definitely recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confidentiality when saving and/or sharing passwords with others. This allows me to do so in a way that is safe for everyone involved. I would recommend it for any business who needs to share this information.
Best Password container
What do you like best about the product?
I like that my collegues can share any password at any time. That I don't have to remember it. That I can access it at any time from the account. That multiple links can be attached to the same password
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no way of distinguishing healthy links, passwords, environments, users. Maybe there should be an intelligent way of naming the password container based on the user and name of the site or page, and using favicons to identify them easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is saving all the passwords for me and gives me the passwords while visiting the page. We share the same password amongst us. I don't have to look for the passwords or worry about their protection.
We use it every day :)
What do you like best about the product?
In no time, I can access all my passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no function for generating an MFA code (e.g. Google Authenticator).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Store access data centrally and share it with work colleagues.
Very positive experience with Dashlane. It seems new, modern and, of course, secure.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to onboard new employees.
The shared center is something really useful for our teams.
The password health view is amazing for me as an admin. It's, again, very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we've noticed is how difficult it is to reset a master password. While I understand it's more secure this way, sometimes it's just way easier if we, as admins, could just reset the password for our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Dashlane as our main Password Manager. With it, we don't have to remember any other password, apart from the Master one, which gives us compliance with many certifications and most importantly, peace of mind.
Dashlane review
What do you like best about the product?
Saves all passwords in a secure vault that can also be shared with other users; use of generated secure passwords and can also save other types of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the phone app anytime you move away from it you have to log in newly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping passwords and data secure and the generation of secure passwords. Also the ability to easily share login data with others.
Forget about passwords, securise your accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords generator is really convinient. It's easy to generate a 24 caracters password for every account and having unique password on each site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing managing force to open app in another tab, it would be so helpful to see and manage sharing in the first mini window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane solve the pain of remembering passwords for hundreds of accounts, let me have one unique password for each and so upgrade my security.
Very good and versatile password manager
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane offers a suitable solution for both business and private use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sharing passwords, it can sometimes take an hour before it becomes visible in the recipient's account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need insecure lists and can store passwords securely.
A must have
What do you like best about the product?
A clever password wallet with a multi platform compatibility.
Dashlane is compatible with the new passkey that will sooner replace a lot of passwords, and in a multiplatform way.
A clever pricing tag

What do you dislike about the product?
Well i'm using it for like 10 years now, the start was somehow complicated with some troubles and issues.
But now that it is full on web without the heavy client, it works fine, nothing negative here.
It's a clever choice

Handling all the passwords for a healthcare IT team
Easiest way to enforce a company wide password policy
What do you like best about the product?
Since we started using Dashlane we were able to enforce every aspect of our internal security policy with some unexpected gains along the way -- particularly with 2FA being filling automatically without the hassle of typing 6 digits every time we need to login somewhere.
The app is simple from an adminitrative perspective with a handy pannel for password health, handle groups of people that need shared credentials very well and overall we don't see ourselves stopping using Dashlane.

What do you dislike about the product?
(1) There is no implementation for a hierachical structure composed of more than one company. Some directors participate in more than one company and there is no simple to handle their "seat" since it'd require having one company taking care of another one or duplicating these people across multiple root accounts.
(2) Seats can get very expensive and that can limit a company wide policy. In other words, it's cheaper to select certain people and buy seats for a select few.
(3) Maybe it's an Apple problem, but the experience in iOS is worse than on Android. On Android, the setting to keep Dashline acitve for X minutes works and on iOS we currently have to input the master password every single time we need. Works well on MacOS, it's the mobile app that doesn't seem to integrate well with Apple's password manager under Settings.
