Simple and Secure tool to manage all of our passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of the platform. Pretty easy to use and share logins with others. Extremely helpful with our growing team in making sure that we have a secure method for sharing credentials with each other. Never had any issues or complaints from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was the ability to create folders of logins to share with different teams all at once rather than having to go through each login. We have hundreds of logins saved so it can sometimes be time consuming when we have to share with a new team.
The ability to share secure notes that have attachments and the ability to customize the categories would also be nice enhancements.

It Just Work - Minor Room For Improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
For one, it just works, and it doesn't suffer from cyber attacks, unlike its competitor, yet. It is easy to configure SSO with the guides they provide.
It is also easy to generate passwords for account creation.
The interface is simple and easy to use, which is the most important aspect IMO.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customer onboarding - While it is good for the administrator, the customer onboarding doesn't help to secure buyins from our internal customers with engagement or more resources. They are also only base in US hours, making it hard to engage with APAC customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple complex passwords for websites, portals.
And to increase password security by making it widely available to our internal end users.
Dark web monitoring.

I've used several password apps and Dashlane is by far the best. It's easy to use, works on all devices, and even saves payment info or secure notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Dashlane. I've been using it for over a year, first as personal user and now as a business user.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a business owner using the Teams subscription, I wish they had better solutions for my customers, e.g. being able to create project passwords, groups, etc.
In a recent update they removed the ability to manage Categories, which is a feature I was using all the time. They refuse to add it back in even after receiving feedback to do so.
Sometimes the app will not reflect a new password across devices / groups immediately. With the new Web only UI it isn't exactly clear how to REFRESH to get the latest updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to install as an Admin and ease use password on the end-user. We were looking for a solution that all our employees could use, and not only tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their new import feature was available when I first created my account as the import experience from another password manager was not that easy. But overall, I am very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new import feature helped me a lot to increase the usage as it had been a blocker for sometime. I have heard that we will be able to edit the categories, soon, and I can't wait for this new feature also.

The management console needs some work for easier use by multiple people at one time.

A super reliable password manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I haven't heard reports on security breaches throughout the length of my use. That's an A+ in my books. I also find it super easy to access and share with other people. I like how I can configure the password generator to make a variety of lengths and difficulties. It's also been a while since I've had to reset the password in my tools, and that's because I got Dashlane to remember everything for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to easily create shared folders that I can share with a specific team. Let's say I have a folder fool of design tools and I can share them all with our designers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of forgetting passwords and reduces the friction in sharing passwords with others. I feel like I'm more productive with the tool as I can just focus on more significant tasks and let this tool deal with all things passwords. Payments and forms are even less of a hassle because I can perfectly save payment and personal details of mine and that of other key persons in the organization.
Seemless experience for small and medium businessess.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dashlane does not detect fields on certain websites, so manually copying the passwords is sometimes necessary.
