The secure notes. Yes notes. It's an easy way to store your messages on anything and keep them safe. You can also share this with anyone else with a click of a button. Also the Dark web monitoring is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Group or Team Sharing. They could do a way better job or allow us to create groups and sub groups. This is a feature, but its ease of use could be better. The only other part would be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us a central location to save all company passwords. We also use it for storing internal processes or standards that need to be secure. The Dark Web Monitoring can connect 5 email accounts. This gives us a proactive view for any possible issues with our email accounts.

Having access to VPN through the same subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Find it hard to use on mobile, as I couldn't figure the autofill feature if it's available.

Great for saving passwords for a small team

  • February 26, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The auto password generation is great. It's easy to send passwords to other employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to force ALL passwords into the business domain, and the employer should have more control over the deletion of passwords when an employee leaves. Too many passwords fall into the personal domain, so when the user is revoked, the employee retains access to the passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane allows for easy generation of randomized passwords. It makes logins much more secure when ou don't have to remember and reuse passwords.

Great password storage utility for both personal and small business use

  • February 25, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage for dashlane personally is the ability to store 2FA codes within the app and extension, this makes it easy to fully log in to a website just using dashlane. I have also made use of the team sharing options which are a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web browser extension regularly gets in the way on websites where it's not needed and I have to pause it for the current visit to be able to use the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane helps our team store all our passwords security including any shared passwords that the whole team need access too. It means we can control who has access to what and easily revoke access in the future if we need too.

Very good product, it works great and the VPN is an added bonus.

What do you like best about the product?
As an agency, Dashlane has helped us keep our passwords safe across our organization. It is very convenient since it works across devices. And the fact that it includes a VPN helps us stay safe when connected to unsecured networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we first got Dashlane Business, it had a desktop application that would help you get logged into other applications installed locally. This is no longer the case. Since this feature was removed, we now have to open a browser in order to log into these applications. I have also seen how the experience is not as smooth for Android users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part, Dashlane works pretty seamlessly in letting us log into online accounts without issue. For a while, there was a time when there were issues with passwords not getting refreshed across devices, but that seems to have been getting better.

Dashlane is great for managing various company accounts

  • February 24, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When your company has various online resources that have shared logins, Dashlane has been extremely useful for sharing/updating and managing passwords and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The removal of the stand alone app makes it a bit more tedious, especially when you have various browser instances with different logins.
Also, the pop-up for password changing can be a bit obnoxious sometimes, especially for admins who are managing multple user passwords.

I'm not changing my admin password, I'm changing the passwords for the users under me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounts where multiple users have to login using a single user login. This helps managing who has access, as well as being able to see where the last access was from.
