Good product
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and secure, we use share account across organization members and we use our personal password as well using everything in one single account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so confortable the password sharing across organization's members, the steps to share them are quite tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure password storage both for personal and business use, sharing the business one across colleagues.
Easy password management across devices and teams
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane makes it easy to generate, manage, and share passwords across devices and team members. This is especially important when working with multiple systems in multiple locations. The ability to share a password with a team member for a time, then revoke access and change it provides added security. As a bonus, the secure notes, ID storage, and payments storage is helpful for managing identities online.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint with Dashlane (also applies to other password managers I've tested) is it is a bit too eager to please. When the browser extension is activated, any time a field appears where info from Dashlane can be filled, it fills that info. For services where you have multiple logins this can lead to auto-login with the wrong account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure password generation and changing, sharing across devices, and sharing across team members is the primary reason we use Dashlane.
Life Saver! Sanity Restorer!
What do you like best about the product?
Password overload was in full force prior to Dashlane. I had a huge hesitation in spending this money for a small business such as mine. Don't hesitate! Don't waste another day stressing on remembering passwords, selecting passwords, finding passwords... Dashlane fixed all of that!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work as well as I'd hoped with my phone, but I am sure it's works as well as it can considering the phone design of their software. Hopefully in the future it will continue to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password overload.. creating passwords.. Dashlane solved all those issues.
Outstanding password manager simplifies and secures logins!
What do you like best about the product?
Form fill online and on mobile devices is the best I've ever used. Securing master access with biometrics is a nice touch. Now using it for entries to automatically provide 2FA to specific sites during login - appreciate not having to look up codes in authenticator apps. Automatic payment account entry helps to defeat keyloggers. And it's awesome not running for my wallet every time I need to pay for something. Secure notes have been a useful tool for remembering combinations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Dashlane pop-ups will get in the way of manual field entry, although you have the ability to disable it for the session. There are times when certain login screens will prevent Dashlane filling in fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our functional area teams are able to share much more complex passwords to better secure our strategic sites.
A great password manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility for Dashlane Business to create passwords and TOTP tokens in a centralized and secure location. Being able to securely share the complete login for accounts and share them securely is good.
The way to lock access to company passwords to only accounts within our business, is a nice way to ensure passwords will not leak.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are currently no real downsides to Dashlane Business. However, I think Dashlane would benefit from reintroducing a desktop application, rather than being available only as website extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue Dashlane solves are that we did not have a safe environment to share passwords with colleagues where named users were not possible. Dashlane allowed us to not only share those passwords securely, but also share the 2FA process in these accounts.
Dashlane is great
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have 308 individual passwords none of which I would be able to remember, even if i tried
What do you dislike about the product?
Haivng to Pay per individual seat on an annual basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have numerous business passwords that need to be saved somewhere and this is much more secure than a spreadsheet
Very good password manager, user friendly and good support

What do you dislike about the product?
When you want to remove an password which is shared with you by only group you need to share the item with yourself, than remove the share with the group and then remove the password.
Thats not possible in bulk so sometimes it takes a lot of time to cleanup some passwords.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many passwords for business use and Dashlane is great when wanting to share your passwords internal.
Also its easy use when you want to share some passwords with job titles like servicedesk, and you dont want them to see all the passwords which are only available for the engineers.

Good but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, number of features and the mobile app
What do you dislike about the product?
The new price. A 50% increase is a bit steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids the old habit of using one and the same password for every account. This ensures that I have complex passwords for highly sensitive accounts like financial transactions.
Great password management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Allows great sharing of passwords between colleagues AND separation between work and personal spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating Single sign on is a pain to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Way better than storing passwords in any other form, especially when they need to be shared.
User Friendly & High Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user-friendly yet can also be as highly integrated as you would like. As a business admin, it's nice to be able to look at the passwords that are potential security risks or reuse. Plus, they have extensions that work with your browser so all you passwords are still highly secured, not saving to google, and all on dashlane as you create new ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a bit more control on how many times another user can use same password or at least have them not be able to use the same one for multiple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely sharing passwords across our organization is really helpful compared to text or handwritten note, like we used to before. We also have most of our team remote, so it's easy to see what passwords we share and which they don't have access too.
