Good SSO solution for our business -- easy for all and zero-knowledge insulation for the skeptics
What do you like best about the product?
browser integration is good, Autofill is adequate, SSO setup was simple, and we love the personal/work separation
What do you dislike about the product?
SSO must authenticate every session (no option to remember a device for x days); some autofill doesn't work as well as LastPass did, could not import secure notes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
users were saving passwords in documentation and searchable files, discoverable during pen tests. They were also choosing memorable passwords. Not anymore!
Simple and easy to use solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easy to retrieve a user name and password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes get annoyed by it asking me to save passwords or asking to auto-fill in passwords but I can't fault it for doing its job. There is a feature to ignore a domain which has helped with this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we solved is having all of our passwords stored in one place. A benefit we realized is being able to share passwords with coworkers as well as "secure notes".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you plan to import data from another solution, it can be tricky. I'd suggest an onboarding test beforehand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all of my stored passwords/payment methods are in one place, but can be separated by personal/business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Dashlane.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved the problem of not remembering passwords and getting locked out of account and we're also more secure because we no longer have staff writing down passwords.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. It will make your organization more secure and your employees will love it.

Speed of setting up and security of the platform.

No way to lock account if you leave your computer unlocked and walk away and PC is stolen.

Getting rid of paper trails of passwords laying around the office.

Centralised passwords
Not recommended at all, go for 1password that's cheaper and you can pay on a monthly basis.
What do you like best about the product?
The application is very intuitive, especially for saving passwords after logging in, also the mobile application is really good and works pretty well with Android and iOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only pay annually, which is pretty bad if you are for example outsourcing professionals, even if you hire someone for a couple of months, you have to pay an annual license of Dashlane, so this makes this product very expensive.
Finally, after a year of NOT using it because it's too expensive for a mid-size company, I've spent half an hour trying to cancel my subscription to discover there is NO way you can cancel it using the dashboard, so I'm contacting support to see how this process is done.
I will recommend looking for other alternatives that can be paid on a monthly basis and are not forcing you to renew by hiding the cancel button.

We were using dashlane to share passwords between all our different departments, making sure the passwords keep updated and that only the people that are allowed have access to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will not recommend to others, I will go with something you can pay on a monthly basis, and do not force you to renew your plan by hiding the cancel button.
USED TO BE GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
I used to like how I can use it on my phone and it has dark web monitoring, easy-to-use, and a clean interface with excellent support. Lately there is nothing but errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the issues. the force -closing, the inability to sync all of my passwords and debit cards. It's just a hastle anymore.

I liked the balance of price and functionality. They also are continuously improving to try and keep up with competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
With their infusion of funding, they've been hiking the prices but their functionality hasn't kept up with a lot of their competitors that they're now at the same price point with.
The administration and management of it don't cater to larger companies as you scale. Groups and user management aren't very efficient.
It also continues to have flaws in its usability that is a roadblock to adoption.

Dashlane makes it easy to create unique and complex passwords for all your accounts and easily saves them.

Does not work the same for all websites.

The best problem Dashlane solves is it easily creates complex passwords for all my accounts to guarantee no reused passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Browser based plugin which saves credentials automatically. Random Password generator which helps to create non-dictionary based alpha numeric password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Categorization is removed from browser plugin. This was part of desktop app.

Dashlane helped us to maintain credentials in more secure way. Also, it provides a dashboard of password strength.
