What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing passwords can be a bit of pain if you have the old Dashlane client installed. Passwords may not be added, fix is to uninstall the Dashlane client and use the web client exclusively.

Dashlane Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and its integration with Chrome makes it easy for employees to stay in compiance. I also appreciate its login feature, which allows users to stay logged in for longer periods so compliance is higher
What do you dislike about the product?
Our main pain point is that all passwords have to be associated with a user, so if a user leaves the password would have to be transferred. It would be a great feature if we could have some passwords not associated with any users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlanes main benefit is password security and transferability. Having the ability to ensure people are using secure passwords and allow access to sites without users getting the password help security immensley
Dashlane as a reliable password manager for Business
What do you like best about the product?
High-security features, Easy to use and value for money! Password generator tool comes very handy along with Dashlane to create cryptic passwords. Password health feature helps Admin to track the easy passwords stored in the vault and helps to address the issue immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Password category feature missing in chrome plugin. No restrictions to share passwords outside the domain. No Audit control to track who has access to which password/site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving and sharing passwords in a more secure way. Not exposing the password to bad actors by saving in any of the office documents. Password generator feature stands apart to create no dictionary-based passwords which keep abreast against dictionary attacks.
Would definitely recommend
What do you like best about the product?
The sharing feature is my favorite most used tool in Dashlane.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would keep you logged in for a longer time rather than having to sign in so many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in consulting, and sharing login information securely with my clients has saved a ton of time and headache.
I am using Dashlane for the past year and I really like it
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility and the easy to use app.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are forced to change password in site such as gmail, Dashlane does not work properly and the password doesn't get updatedé
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
securing password
Recommendations to others considering the product:
That they need to share password Unlimited rights. Even though you initially want to hide the password, it is best to share with unlimited rights.
Great Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about dashlane is the ability to share passwords amongst your team or share a single password to an external party.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the pop ups when I don't need a password or the field is not password related but it tries to help with a password
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security
Great tool for password management
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords sync across a number of platforms - PC, Mac, iPhone. It is useful to b able to access my passwords wherever I am. I can also use it to store credit cards, personal autofill info, etc which makes online navigation easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky. It's sometimes hard to find a tool I had previously used because each of the desktop, browser and mobile versions have a completely different interface. It would be nice if it looked and worked the same. It would also be nice if you said "keep logged in for 14 days" that it would actually do that. By using on different computers, it keeps logging me out. I'm sure this is a security thing, but I already made that decision when I asked to stay logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to share passwords, especially hidden passwords, meaning that even if an employee were to leave, they don't have a copy of the password itself. Easy to share, easy to manage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have users use in live environments, including for their own personal passwords. This tool is only useful if it becomes part of people's own workflows.
Great but some flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent source for all my personal and work passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to think websites dropdowns are asking for passwords when it is not. Very inconvenient at times as it blocks the options I'm trying to select. The "do not autofill option" only temporarily works for some of my most heavily used worksites like QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again just frustrating that Dashlane often blocks an option I am trying to select for a section that is not even asking for a password. I want the "do not ask" option to recognize the website I"m using and work for longer than it typically does.
Password Management with Dashlane
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly intuitive to use; allows us to store passwords, MFA, has different formats for different types of keys, etc. Sharing is easy with other members of the org, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop application is disappearing; will be reliant on the chrome / browser extension only
Licensing is relatively expensive
No integration with Bettercloud

Plan ahead for Okta config.
Plan ahead for Okta config.
Dashlane continues to save me time each day and gives me confidence my accounts are secure
What do you like best about the product?
No need to remember different passwords for each accounts as Dashlane helps to generate unique passwords. I really dread the log in screen of a website until i see the Dashlane icon pop up and i realise i dont have to go through the stress of remembering what password i used. The two-factor authentication with fingerprint recognition makes it easier to log in for personal accounts and we use SSO for business. You can easily share passwords securely as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Dashlane doesnt recognize password fields on websites, but if i raise this with Dashlane Support they work to ensure it's added / fixed their side. Sometimes Dashlane doesnt recognise a URL is already stored and saves multiple entries for one website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the risk that staff are sharing passwords in an insecure way, or writing them down on notepads / emails etc. With Dashlane I can help take the stress away from staff too by providing them with a tool to manage password easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although it feels like a lot of work moving passwords from your browser, notepad, emails etc into the a password manager tool, it really is worth it for the security it can provide. Dashlane has Import tools that can strip passwords from your browser and import them into dashlane so you dont need to do it indivudalluy yourself. For the sacrifice of a few hours to set up Dashlane you will get the time back with future use through autofill and the generate / remember password features.
