Pretty manageable!
What do you like best about the product?
The password generator, the auto-save, the last password memory bank
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could edit the passwords more in detail right away in the pop-up box vs. it just saving the password and username. Would also be great if the vault on the extension opened up all the features, not just the password.

Enterprise Class Password Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation and ease of use. The solution dramatically simplified password management within our environment and eliminated the need to reset passwords to the 50+ accounts that I have to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
End-user adoption can be a challenge within the organization if users are using spreadsheets or a browser-based password vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane improves end-user security while simplifying password management. The ability to audit password complexity and re-use for various accounts helps identify vulnerable accounts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most staff have no concept of what this product can do. Bit like the first iPad - why would you want that? So there is an internal sell job to show the product and explain why its going to make like better. Simply adding the extension and expecting people to log-in and run with it doesn't work with many staff. Have not had any negative feedback from staff that using it, although there are still people to convince to get started.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Dashlane is that it allows users to create complex, unique passwords for each system easily and provides a system for them to be able to manage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were automated tools to manage compliance (users with poor scores, users who don't complete the sign up process, looping in their supervisors about those issues.) Right now it's all manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had users with very basic passwords that were reused in 100+ systems and had serious exposure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be careful about pricing, we were surprised with a 100% price increase this year.

the onboarding process is fairly simple to add new users and the security overall is really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it can be too secure where it throws our users in a loop for acct recovery. makes it hard to troubleshoot on the admin side when this occurs and i understand why its set up that way but would be nice if it didnt always just direct to help articles on how to submit an acct recovery request.

great product for password management and sharing and fairly cheaper than other solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Auto filling, payment or credit, debit card adding information, strong password generation capability, can add notes which is more securely encrypted, number 1 password manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA + fingerprint signing option both should work simultaneously. Also, the enforcement of 2FA should be customizable to push it to specific groups as the current setting enforces it for all the users through the admin console.

Password remembering issue resolved with safer password container, no need to use sticky notes anymore.
Users can securely store credit cards and make payments easily.
Share stored passwords with other tenant users and customize the permission level before giving the access.

The password manager has UI and UX both ideally.
After bumpy start, Dashlane works really well!
What do you like best about the product?
How the app allows me to 1.) quickly sign into websites, and 2.) protects and provides more security for passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
INitially, the product was difficult to roll out. Specifically, there was some confusion about the installed Dashlane app versus the web extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased security is one solved problem. Another includes the efficiency with logging into sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you add Dashlane to websites that contain forms, Dashlane will try to autofill those form fields. You will need to modify the specific extension for that website to not autofill forms on websites.
A powerful and deeply integrated password management solution!
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane integrates well into all modern web-browsers, including on my phone, which has historically been a pain for other password managers I've used. It generates strong passwords and makes managing them simple. From a business perspective, being able to share passwords to groups is such a game-changer... especially because I can share them in a way that doesn't SHOW the end-user what it is- it just lets them use it. This is a fantastic security measure because it means I don't have to change a million passwords any time someone leaves. I also love how it automatically sorts work and personal passwords into two different buckets so I can use Dashlane for myself, but not worry about keeping my personal information separate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides to using Dashlane as a business. There are a few feature requests I have, but ultimately it has been a wonderful solution. I've used a few different password managers at a few different jobs and using Dashlane is simple and powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major issue with passwords is that, even if you have complex ones, you sometimes need to share them with others in your group. Being able to share a password so that someone can autofill it but not actually see it is a powerful security feature that I haven't seen anywhere else and really makes my life a lot easier. Sharing accounts is usually bad practice because when an employee leaves they may still have those passwords, but I don't have to worry about that now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having a password manager is critical for your organization, and having an easy-to-use one will save you a ton of headaches. Dashlane is a powerful tool with tons of extra features, and it does what many solutions don't- it just works

Dashlane has gotten a lot better at the speed of which its extension works across websites. I also appreciate the updates to how account recovery gets enabled by users
What do you dislike about the product?
Resetting dashlane or the "forgor password" doc that opens up is very hard for our users to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security
Dashlane is great, with a few errors, bumps in the road but overall it works great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it automatically saves ALL info, not only passwords. Auto filling address and card information is a massive help while at work.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the onboarding process - for some reason, it is always bumpy, and we can't seem to onboard a new employee smoothly. That then relays on to our hiring department and makes it appear that we don't have our onbording process buttoned up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sharing center has helped our business across all departments. We are taking out the risk of sending passwords via email and securely sharing them now. Additionally, the groups and using this towards collaborations amongst departments has been beneficial.
