Secure Password Management
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane password manager has simplified my work by securely storing all my passwords while making it easily accessible and keeping my online accounts safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-fill function struggles with some login forms which requires manual entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows secure sharing of passwords with individuals, eliminating risky methods like email or text.

What do you like best about the product?
You have the option to download the app on your phone, desktop, as an extension, or us the browser. You can also use Dashlane to store secure notes and you can have personal or business accounts saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's great that the passwords autofill, sometimes it is too responsive and autofills without you ensuring it's the correct password/account. Not a big deal but sometimes annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our company and passwords secure. We have used a few other options but dashlane has been the best I have used so far.
It is ok - but has some major design flaws that cause maintenance nightmares
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part it is ok. I have experience with a lot of password managers, and it is about in the middle for functionality, ease of use, etc. I do like the VPN that comes with it as that saves some costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is cludgy compared to other password keepers. MANY of the features work randomly between our users. For instance, some people have to login nearly every time to fill passwords, others it remembers. It seems random and we can't put a finger on it. The BIG problem is you can't change someone's emails. Got married? Too bad - need to create a new account. Rebranding effort? TOO BAD - need another account. We just went through a rebranding, and it has been horrific. We had to break SSO because they implemented it hard tied to the email address and not the account - so everything just broke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice that we have a password manager for folks. There has been a medium adoption of it across the organization. It is nice to share secure notes. I wish it was easier to use and operate for the team.
Essential platform for every business
What do you like best about the product?
We love Dashlane!
It's Stream lighting our operations so well, on boarding new people and off boarding is so easy, the usage of groups, password sharing is super useful. Storing credit cards and payment methods is also very helpful and I can't imagine running my business now without it.

The only downside is that is a bit pricey

The fact that it can be used cross platform, the autofill capability , and the vpn included in our plan.

I wish I could be logged in for extended period of times in multiple computers at once.

Sharing of credentials for corporate accounts across teams, password management, secure vpn.

Dashlane is excellent for user experience and more specifically for encouraging better practices with end users.

The plugin occasionally blocks input fields

Great Password Management for Business Use
What do you like best about the product?
Can easily update passwords that expire frequently without having to remember them. I simply have to login to Dashlane with my master password and it takes care of the rest, saving me time and frustration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to login on my phone, so I can't access my passwords as easily as on a desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a billing manager at a law firm, our clients require us to submit invoices through various portals that are too many to keep track of. Often the passwords expire quickly and I constantly have to update them. Dashlane has been great at getting my accounts set up with new and secure passwords quickly.
Dashlane: Solid System
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is most helpful if you have many passwords for similar sites (think state tax offices, different vendors, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's easy to accidentally save a new password without meaning too. I need to consciously slow down each time I enter a password to make sure I'm not saving something new inadvertently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dashlane is definitely helping with security and holding people accountable for creating and using strong passwords

Shared Collections are great for our team's collaboration.

I don't like having to open the full website to manage my password vault.

Dashlane is helping us generate unique complex passwords with minimal effort.
Straightforward, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane allows me to focus on work, not remembering passwords. I hate passwords, 2-steps, and other forms of modern-day torture. Dashlane has helped me keep our accounts secure, our systems in one piece, and my sanity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a bit confused by the pop-ups asking whether or not I want a new password. I would relate to "keep the old one?" or some other phrase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing recall of hundreds of passwords resulted in spreadsheets that became outdated as soon as they were created.
