Great for personal and business use
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it very easy to securely store and share passwords, payments, and personal information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app often runs into autofill issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to create and share logins across multiple users. Makes on and offboarding staff significantly easier.
Very efficiant for small business !
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to navigate and it helps me with work because we have a lot of password to manage. It's also very easy when you need to share a password with a coworker. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to recuperate your account if you lost your password, but it is also understandable, you practically can't get hacked !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a lot of platforms and sometimes forgetting password. Dashlane is quick and simple. I don't need to remember all my passwords or put them in an unsafe folder.
Great for sharing and tracking company passwords
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to save a new password and optionally share it. I like that there's a "notes" section for sensitive info that isn't technically a login.
What do you dislike about the product?
I liked that they used to have an authenticator app but that's been discontinued.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform for everyone in our organization to store passwords. A "team" option where passwords can be grouped into teams, which makes onboarding a new employee easy (just add them to the team!).

easy to use when switching between machine and phone
What do you dislike about the product?
on desktop, the PW manager will autofill the details but sometimes its not the right details so I end up having to redo it

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity of the user interface makes even our least computer savvy employees inherently more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The master password has to be reused so many different times within a short period that it can make the user want to create a simplistic password that can be more easily typed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team went from Post-It notes on displays to a shareable link they could send a coworker.
Love the sharing system, but difficult when people forget their master password.

To be able to share passwords between colleagues and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recovery. Quite often colleagues forget their master password which usually leads to them not using it anymore because it becomes really difficult to set up an account again with their business email address. And they forget to active the admin recovery feature.
Also for Admin it is difficult to understand how is missing from ma group, to understand where you still need to add someone.

Accounts that we use as a team can be shared safely across the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration and ease of password/secret sharing!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, I don't like that I can't export a users credentials when they are terminated. We have lost access to quite a bit of software due to this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage multipe clients and each client comes with it's own tech stack! Having a place to store and organize those credentials is crucial!

What do you like best about the product?
Dashlane is easy to set up and very affordable for our team and the number of users we needed compared to other password managers
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashlane can be a bit glitchy and isn't very intuitive with it's browser extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a team of 10+ that need access to securely view lots of different passwords for the different systems and accounts we use. Dashlane allows us to have collections of different passwords that different departments can share securely with each other.
As a long time user, there have been modest improvements, but needs more usr friendly options.
What do you like best about the product?
That it stores all of my passwords in one place and they can be shared across our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
It frequently logs me out seconds after logging in, it takes multiple attempts to get a password stored and saved correctly, and it does not do a great job filtering with high volume passwords for accounts that are similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows frequently used passwords for organizational items to be shared directly with others who require access. It streamlines some of our product manufacturing work as well by enabling mobile devices to be accessed remotely and across the org.
Great for Small Companies
What do you like best about the product?
My company enjoys using Dashlane and sharing passwords and secure notes with eachother. It is easy to use and we feel safe storing information. Like that I can access on my computer or phone via app,
What do you dislike about the product?
You can share login information and sometimes the password is private so I have to ping my team to resend with the private mode off. Wish it just always showed bc they are sharing it with me anyways. I need both the login email/user name and password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep track of all our logins which is so nice! It is secure and easy to share/use.
