Scalable, Reliable, and Essential for App Retention
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward. From the moment you log in, the interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through the different features without any steep learning curve. Setting up a basic campaign takes almost no time at all, and the dashboard does a great job of guiding you through the process so you don't feel lost or overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the interface focuses so much on being simple and streamlined, some of the deeper, more advanced settings can feel a bit tucked away. While the simplicity is a huge plus for daily tasks, it sometimes feels like you have to trade off a bit of granular control to keep that clean look. It’s a minor trade-off, but something to get used to if you're coming from more complex tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the complexity of cross-platform delivery by giving us one central hub. It benefits me because I no longer have to write custom code or manage different API keys for every platform; I can just set it up once and it "just works," which frees up my time to focus on actual app features.

If I had to make one thing stand out, it's that onesignal has an amazing free plan, and is easy to use

It used to take a while to schedule campaigns, now it is the opposite

Respect for the makers of onesignal, for making such a great tool, have a free plan, most are locked behind a paywall, but not onesignal.

It used to be hard to schedule campaign, now it is way easier and can be done with a few clicks

Finding onesignal is a miracle, all my problems solved overnight.

Maybe some slight UI and UX changes, but nothing else

To be honest, it took more time to find onesignal than to schedule campaign

What is there even to dislike? Its free plan is generous, its easy to use and it works great

Very clean dashboard, super easy and intuitive dashboard even for starters.

In terms of functionality, there are no flaws at this moment.

It is super crucial to have reliable tool to work with, and that is major thing onesignal done for our website

Onesignal is really intuitive, easy to use and to get everything up and running with minimum efforts and time invested.

There are many things to point out as things to like, but none to dislike at the moment.

Some major ones like growing push notification and email lists.

It is gradually helping bring back my customers into using major featuures in my app and passing major information across to users
What do you dislike about the product?
Its website is a bit slow. I don't really think it's my internet it may be but while opening the site it could be a bit slow , asides that the push notification is instant and 100%

Wow, so simple, intuitive and yet, free!

One signal is the perfect tool for beginners, it is intuitive, easy to setup and easier to use, you wont regret it.
