Communicating with my users feel effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I can draft a message, pick who should get it, and it’s live in seconds. The preview tools are also super helpful, I always know exactly what users will see.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints so far. Everything works smoothly for the scale I'm at.

I keep users updated without building a whole notification system myself
Notifications feel personal, not spammy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how targeted the notifications can be. Instead of spaming everyone with the same message, I can send updates only to users who actually care about that feature or category. It makes the communication feel more thoughtful and less intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish the dashboards were even simpler, but that’s more about me than the tool.

Helps me keep users engaged without overwhelming them. By targeting the right users at the right time, I’ve seen fewer uninstalls and more returning users. It basically solves the problem of how do I communicate without annoying people

It is solving wasting time doing marketing door to door. It, instead, makes our work easier and our growth very fast. Without it, it was going to be hard to reach audience in first days of website/business marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I appreciate the most is how simple it made A/B testing for notifications. I used to skip experimenting because it required too much setup. Now I can test different messages in minutes and see which one performs better.

The interface has a lot of features, so it takes a bit to get familiar with, but once you understand where things are, it’s smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before OneSignal, I was just guessing what type of notification would work. Now I can experiment properly and actually understand what users respond to. This helped me improve my click-through rates and avoid sending messages that users ignore.
SDK that doesn’t slow down my app
What do you like best about the product?
What surprised me the most is how lightweight the SDK is. I’ve tried other providers before, and they always added milliseconds to startup time or caused weird performance drops. With OneSignal, my app loads just as fast as before, and the notification handling feels smooth even on older Android devices.

The setup was clean, updates haven’t broken anything, and the dashboard works as expected. Anything I dislike so far

Outstanding Experience with mobile push notication
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using OneSignal for many years, primarily for push notifications. While they have kept push notifications free, there is now a limitation on the number of tags you can use. Over the years, this limit has been reduced to just two tags, whereas it used to be higher. If you decide to switch to a paid plan, OneSignal is more expensive for push notifications compared to some competitors. For example, Firebase FCM offers free push notifications for both Android and iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user interface makes it easier to send and track notifications. The dashboard is well-designed and displays useful analytics, such as live active users and click rates. Additionally, the REST API support is reliable, which allows us to send notifications from the server side effectively.
A great way to enable cross-platform messaging
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding is straightforward, the email builder is nice, and there's a generous free tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very developer-friendly (I think that's the main audience), but might be less marketer-friendly for onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup, we need an easy way to start sending automated emails, reminders, and other notifications. OneSignal allows for an easy setup of that, without locking us into a platform that will be prohibitively expensive later.
Easy to send notifications to users

The timing controls and user attributes allow me to send messages that actually make sense for each person (local time, activity level, interests)...
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced features require a higher plan.

With the timing control, I reach them when they’re most likely to act, so engagement has become steadier and people open the app more often.
