What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using OneSignal for a while now, and honestly the best part is how straightforward it is. Once you set it up, sending a push campaign takes just a few minutes. I like the dashboard too, it’s clean, fast, and doesn’t overwhelm you with options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan covers most of my needs, but I wish some of the advanced automation features were a bit more flexible without having to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled with keeping users engaged after they installed my app. Now I can remind them about updates, new features, or just encourage them to come back. It’s made a big difference in retention.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with my app was quite simple. The dashboard is very intuitive and allows me to segment users without complications.

Everything works very well, perhaps the documentation for specific cases was not very clear...

What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning, the support was very proactive and attentive, following all the steps for configuration and start of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. The only detail is for SMS, which, for very low volumes, needs to be contracted through Twilio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending notifications and transactional emails without the need for major implementations.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with React Native was smoother than I expected. Once I set up the SDK, sending push notifications became effortless. The dashboard is clear, and the segmentation features let me target users by behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation for some advanced React Native use cases could be a bit clearer. I had to piece together a few things from community forums. But once you understand the flow, it works reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me from reinventing push notifications. Handling Android notifications manually can be a pain, but with OneSignal, I don’t worry about delivery or segmentation. This lets me focus on building features for the app instead of backend messaging infrastructure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about OneSignal is its simple setup and powerful features. It lets me send push notifications easily, schedule updates, and segment my audience without any technical hassle. The free plan is generous, and it helps me increase traffic and engagement on my blog instantly
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the advanced features in OneSignal, like automation and in-depth analytics, feel a bit complex for beginners. Also, some premium features are locked behind the paid plan, which may be limiting for small bloggers. However, overall the platform is very useful and reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the problem of reaching my audience instantly. Earlier, it was difficult to inform readers about new blog posts or job updates, but with OneSignal I can send push notifications in real time. This has increased my website traffic, improved user engagement, and helped me retain regular visitors without spending on ads

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the integrations work perfectly without any problems, clear documentation and an objective dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Factor of not having integration with WhatsApp, Telegram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to send push notifications from my delivery system to customers, and since it's a web app, without the native part, using the system for this was great.

SDK is well-documented, and the sample code made it easy to set up rich push notifications, custom user segments, and in-app messaging.

It would be nice to have more built-in templates or design flexibility for in-app messages on iOS

What do you like best about the product?
It supports a variety of commonly used message categories, such as push notifications, SMS, and email. It also includes a built-in user list with useful information, like the platforms they are using. The dashboard is interactive, showing clickable data and delivery numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first login page isn't very intuitive. All the app menus are at the same level as "Organizations." When you click on "Organizations," you'll also see "Apps" listed within the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used OneSignal for operational notifications, such as when a new order comes in from a customer to the room service team, or when a supervisor assigns a task to an operational team member.
