One of the best decisions I made for my apps!

Top-Notch Support, Simple UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the direct line to customer support; it's top-notch. I've had many specific questions when a journey I set up wasn't working, and I've been able to have an ongoing thread with Brit, who takes the time to review exactly what I've done, tells me why it's not working, and guides me on how to repair it. I find the platform to be intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use the features effectively. The initial setup was smooth, and we were able to import real-time customer attributes immediately for use in messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the AI assistance lacking because it gives misinformation that sends me down wrong paths; if I ask a specific question on how to do something, and the words I use match an answer to a different question, it gets confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps us improve user habituation by reminding our app users to play our daily game. We also use it for surprise and delight messaging when they unlock certain points thresholds.
I am having a greate experience and would invite more people to use it
What do you like best about the product?
Administrative panel is user-friendly, allowing non-technical users to create, manage, and send campaigns without relying on developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside for me, as is has the ability to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements (like FCM setup) and the need for a simple, marketer-friendly, and reliable communication tool.

Very helpful for app growth
What do you like best about the product?
I like how practical it is. I can quickly send a message and move on. It fits naturally into my workflow instead of feeling like another tool to babysit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s been stable and predictable for me, nothing worth complaining about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay in touch with users. I save time and keeps engagement consistent even when I’m not actively promoting the app.
Effective and dependable
What do you like best about the product?
It does its job without getting in the way, and notifications work as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I need to double-check settings, but that’s more about being careful than a real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of maintaining connection with users without the need for constant manual effort. This helps maintain constant engagement, even when I am focused on developing new features.
Perfect for notifying drivers and passengers on my rideshare app!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplistic, intuitive interface, and very easy to integrate with instructions from building apps. OneSignal is highly adaptable with various methods of tailoring notifications for specific individuals and events. overall, it brings a level of professional seamless communication that makes a software program jump from just an app, to a dedicated system that users can trust. I'd recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a learning curve, which is reasonable, given the nature of experience required to integrate such a program to an app, website, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps me to notify my Drivers of new ride requests without them having to pay constant attention to their devices. as soon as a request appears, a notification is sent in a timely and reliable manner. For riders, notifications tailored to alert them when their Driver is assigned are equally as helpful. it removes the anxiety of constantly having to check and brings the assurance of communication. Both parties are kept in the loop without having to constantly check for updates!
Best notification tool for all app developers!

The Best Push Notification Solution I've Found for Mobile Apps
What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me most is the dashboard. It's clean, intuitive, and gives you everything you need at a glance. Creating segments, scheduling notifications, and tracking delivery rates feels effortless. No unnecessary complexity, no confusing menus buried three levels deep.
The documentation deserves special mention. Every integration scenario I encountered was covered with clear examples. When I needed to implement deep linking and notification handlers, the guides walked me through it step by step.
The real-time analytics help you understand what's working. Open rates, delivery stats, and user engagement data are all presented in a way that actually makes sense.
If you're building a mobile app and need reliable push notifications without the headache, OneSignal delivers exactly what it promises. Simple integration, powerful features, and an interface that respects your time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now. Everything works fine as I can see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cross-platform complexity was a major headache before OneSignal. In addition, user segmentation is another problem it addresses beautifully. I can target specific user groups based on behavior, preferences, or custom tags without building complex backend logic myself. This means more relevant notifications and better engagement rates.
The analytics gap is also solved. I now have clear visibility into which notifications drive action and which fall flat, allowing me to iterate and improve my messaging strategy based on real data rather than guesswork.
