    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to integrate with Supabase Edge Functions, and the free tier covers everything I need for MirrorMe's notification system.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Anonymous SDK IDs inflate user counts and make it hard to track real active users without extra manual linking work
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    OneSignal handles all of MirrorMe's push notifications — new matches, messages, likes, and daily re-engagement reminders — without me needing to build and maintain my own delivery infrastructure. It's helped bring users back into the app who'd otherwise gone quiet, which matters a lot for a dating app where engagement drives the whole experience.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The multiplatform support mean we dont need seperate toold for web and android (or iOS)

    Support and documentations for edge cases can sometimes be outdated
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It unifies our notification strategy, saving us money, and preventing duplicate messages from reaching users, which is important for our reputation

    It handles millions of subscribers without breaking a swaet or slowing down

    Some of the more complex automation roles require a bit of learning curve to get right

    The abillity to trigger messages based on specific user actions is fantastic

    Extracting data or custom reports often requires using onesignal API instead of the dashboard

    It allows us to deliver behaviour driven messages, which makes our communication feel much more relevant to the end user

    What do you like best about the product?
    The simplicity of the core of the push notification tool, is brilliant. Does exactly what it say

    I wish there were more native integrations with 3rd pary analytic dash boards

    Drives immidiate trafic to our latest content, causing a consistent spike in daily visits and quotes

    The reliability. We have rarely experienced downtime or delayed messages.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The sheer volume of features can be slighly overwhelming when you first login.
