Flexible and Easy notification software for non-technical founders

What do you like best about the product?
Once it is set up with the tech team, the rest of the work is easy to be managed by a marketing person. It integrates well with our app on IOS. And it also provides good statistics on our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation can still be improved. Especially about the timing setting of the journeys, for example, if you set one notification is sent in a time frame, then you set wait for a day, what does a day mean? strictly 24hours? or the next calendar day according to user's time zone?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tag users with different in-app events, send them different notifications, to increase retention. I think we might only be scrapping the surface of the features.

What do you like best about the product?
How quick it was to get started. I integrated it into both my Android and iOS apps with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is mostly good but sometimes feels a bit out of sync with the latest SDK updates.

-Push notifications for Android and iOS

What do you like best about the product?
It’s reliable. I send a push, and users get it right away. The setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the tool for push notifications and never failed so i cant complain.

I can send updates, reminders, or news segmenting my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been looking for Push notification service provider for a while and I even asked AI tools to make a comparison and give their recommendations based on my needs, I liked that OneSignal are so generous to give up to 10k engageable subscribers, segmentation, delivery scheduling, and analytics for FREE. I didn't even looked for tutorials to learn how I can configure my 1st message.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far as it fit my needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need it to send marking messages and reminders to users to get back to my application and use it.

Ive foun little to none thing that dislike me, just a little about support but is not that bad

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is. just followed the docs, and the push notifications were working. The dashboard is easy to understand, and scheduling a campaign only takes a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a bit more flexibility for small indie devs like me, but overall it’s fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending a quick push reminder every morning has improved retention.

What do you like best about the product?
In just a few minutes, you can set up targeted and automated notifications, without needing advanced technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like less about OneSignal is that some advanced features are reserved for paid plans, and the customization of notifications on iOS is more limited than on Android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frankly, OneSignal makes my life easier. Before, I struggled to set up a notification system, now with two clicks it goes straight to the users. It saves me time and allows me to keep my app alive without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I like how I don’t need to overthink it. Once integrated, it just works. The dashboard is clean, and scheduling notifications is as easy as writing a short post.

The core features are strong, I cant complain.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the interface is to navigate, everything is easy to find and the on demand support and even the AI support responses are fantastic. I've never had to wait to get the support I need. It's a big deal to be able to continue moving things forward versus getting stuck and having to wait.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything I dislike about OneSignal. It's a bit of a learning curve if you're brand new but once you get the hang of it, it's super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use OneSignal for transactional emails for the custom app that we've built. It was very quick and easy to build out the templates that we sync up to our app.

Reliable notifications

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how little maintenance it needs once set up. I integrated it with my iOS app, and it just works pushes go out reliably, and the targeting options are clear enough that I can send different types of alerts to students versus teachers
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that some of the deeper customization (like really tailored notification styles) takes extra development work. Also, the pricing can add up if you scale quickly, but for where I am now, it’s been worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before OneSignal, it was hard to keep students engaged with app content after the first download. Now I can send timely reminders, study tips, or updates that keep them coming back.
