All time platform for sending notifications
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to deploy this this platform. It can easily works on mobile devices making it flexible to operate from anywhere. We are able to reach our clients in case of any issue and update them on our products and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced any challenge since I started using this great application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to reach our clients any time we require their feedback. We usually update our clients on our products on time from this platform. We have increased our sales since we started using this tool.

I totally recommend this great platform from its great service from our company. It is very effective in updating clients on time and delivery of any information.

The A/B split test feature. It helps to identify best practices enhancing push objectives.

Dashboard. The subscriber trend does not give a weekly report of push activity.

What do you like best about the product?
It‘s awesome how the OneSignal teams cares about their customers. Their service is super easy to use and takes a lot of stress from our shoulders.

There have been a few incidents but they were ALWAYS fixed pretty fast!

We are using OS for the whole push notification service on android and iphone. Benefits we have with OS are the data tags which makes it easy to filter specific targets.

It tends to hang, especially on iOS.
The user interface and some of your user experience may have some, let's say, interesting glitches. However, none of them affect security.

OneSignal is a platform that allows us to send Push Notifications through different platforms that are duly registered in our application. ... First, we need the App Id and the REST API key of our application, which can be found in the Keys & ID's section in App Settings.

Best notification platform ever
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using OneSignal for many years. It's robust, reliable and hassle free. I've tested many alternatives including the ones Amazon and IBM provided they are not even close to OneSignal in ease of use and comfort it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we develop tailor made software for our customers, they may be sceptical about OneSignal since they don't know about it much and we may have to convince them that it is a better alternative that they can trust
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to sending dynamic notification to our users, you can easily get their online approval, keep them engaged by using by means of in-app and remote notifications. It is a very elegant way of interactivity especially for mobile users.
A great product to fill the communications gaps in your application
What do you like best about the product?
I like the continuously expanding set of features they offer and the easy to which I can send push notifications and even better, customized in-app messages!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I think it's a great for the price, I still wished they offered a few more of the premium features in their free plan for us really small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In-app messaging and push notifications. I realized that I can send in-app messages without needing my developers to write any custom code, that's awesome!

This is a great product for especially for app developers just starting out and want to quickly A/B test user engagements

Simple, easy to integrate, rich documentation and importantly most reliable. i tried several other notification tool such as azure notification hub, pubnub but no one can compete onesignal.

Voip push notification and lack of docs/sample on integration with callkit and voip

Their platform works well and delivers the data we need for notifications. We use it every day and never have any issues!

It's a bit of a complicated website that isn't always intuitive.

We now send out coupons through push notifications through OneSignal and get more usage than similar emailed offers.
