A great tool to grow users engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate One Signal with each platform, but also user-friendly to non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that this tool works so well that you will hit the limits soon and want access to more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we solved using one signal was to connect with our app and websites users directly instead of on depending social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While testing other similar providers, One Signals seems to be the best option for what we want to accomplish.

The possibility of sending unlimited push notifications for free. Also, the options of segmentation and delivery are pretty great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. It's extremely pricey especially if you have many users on your account. Most of the data-related features are exclusive for paying accounts too...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging and maintaining the retention of my users. However, I can't measure accurately the benefits of it due to the data being available only for paying accounts.

The availability of API was very useful and working consistenly.

Nothing in particular, the initial tier is free, but as you grow your app, the pricing is somewhat high. The free plan has some limitations but its totally worth it

This is one of the best tools, which can help you integrate push notifications in simply less than 5 minutes. The setup process is straightforward with the integration of almost all CMS available.

I've have been using OneSignal for Push Notification for about 4 years and I must confess that the service is amazing and awesome. I've not had a downtime, failed notification even when sending via API. I've not even had any cause to contact support.

Easy integration and simple to use dashboard. Updates come often and everything is super intuitive.

Access to some features requires payment, but all the basics are included for free.

Setting up push notifications on iOS and Android is such a hassle. OneSignal makes it super easy to setup with a couple lines of code and they handle everything else. We've saved so much time by using OneSignal.

There is a suggestion to improvise if possible, Auto Integration like Crashlytics may improve the error-less integration process and can save time for developers.
