It's great, and free!
What do you like best about the product?
Pricing, definitely a really good push notification service will cost you some monthly bucks, but one signal will give you all features you need on a really stylish clean dashboard for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are good at something never do it for free... so, OneSignal catch is all about the data they are collecting, they will know tons of minors here and there and will sell that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using a one single platform to handle push notification for iOS and Android for free.
This is one of the most ridiculous best features we are getting out of this. We used to use a different platform to manage pushes, but by the number of messages we were sending our billing were sky-high. Now we can use those savings to invest in other services.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to implement push notification to your app and you don't really care much about data being collected use it, try it, and then once you are doing good business you can switch to a paid plan and no data will be collected.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the API which is simple and very powerful. The web management panel is very good and our marketing team uses it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
could have custom fields to fill in user data. Preferably fields with different types (number, string, date, object)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to suggest restaurant options to our clients. This increases our engagement and customer retention.

Best push notification sending tool. Have complete reports and segmentations to understand the profile of subscribed people.
An excellent free product for web push notifications
What do you like best about the product?
I used OneSignal for a progressive web app. I liked that it was easy to set up and test for multiple browsers. Our product backlog includes automated push notifications - and I'm sure we could do this using a web hook - but for now the notifications have to be created manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could easily measure the push notification opt-in rate through OneSignal instead of triangulating between OneSignal (for install base) and Google Analytics (for eligible population on supported browsers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We noticed high engagement but low opt-in rates. As a result, we created a custom UI for opt-in instead of the generic slide prompt. This has boosted opt-in rates. Overall, OneSignal helps us engage with our audience to get our content in front of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go the extra mile in terms of custom UI. Users are too desensitized to the generic insta-prompt and even the branded slide prompt. Like with any consent, show the user value first before asking them to opt in to push notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm loving the experience with One Signal. I'm a site owner for 11 months and I'm using one signal ever since, it keeps my visitors to come back each day, its fast too and most importantly never breaks your site neither is heavy. I totally recommend it. Its a great feature and great for marketing your products (if that's the case) too.

Nothing to dislike about this at all , it is made in perfection

The speed of the deliver is great, I have got people coming back much more once I post a notification too.

The integration with Wordpress, it's super easy just click on wordpress painel checkbox and send the message

The prices only be only USD Currency. That's a problem, maybe a global trader with every Currency it's more atractive, in dollar can be expensive for some countries.

Ease of installation, lots of analytical data, and the ability to simply check a box on each WordPress post to indicate whether I want the post sent out as a push notification. As a smaller publisher I appreciate the OneSignal options.

I wish the opt in widget was more functional for WordPress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With OneSignal I am able to engage readers directly rather than depend on social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. It's great for a news site like mine that publishes a lot of local breaking news.

OneSignal is easy to use and there is no down side to give it a try as a publisher. Readers opt in and they can opt out. The company keeps adding features and innovating.

The customer service is remarkable, and the fact that the free version allows for up to 30,000 is amazing to me.

I have zero dislikes about OneSignal. Truly.
