OneSignal improved communication factor in organization and project management

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that OneSignal has greatly brought a positive impact in our organization whereby it has offered a reliable base for sending information in a massive way, be it messages , SMS, push notifications, and emails which can be done simply all at a very short time thus creating good and powerful links rather connections with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
From the great impact and positive contribution of OneSignal in our organization I find no dislike its awesomely amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal push notification has really helped us to reach our very many customers and deliver to them all they want without them having to report to our geographical location and incase any change of the products be it price change , product availability we are able to notify our customers, also it is relatively available for it is reliable with mobile apps and website templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using OneSignsl because it is easy to manage and utilize and its flexible features.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team serves fast and resolves
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, the only inconvenience that supports engineers helped me with the application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For several months I was working with an intelligent pillow and needed to notify the user every time the pad ended specific tasks.
One Singal I use to send notifications to users since Firebase was not compatible with the version of the Framework with which I am working.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and to learn how to do it.
The SDK gives a lot of possibilities for integrations and allows a deep customization in push or in-app notification. We are mainly using it for push notifications, but we will further explore other features
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more intelligent by showing the performance of the messages. The dashboard should allow more types of date views, like a weeks or custom dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sending notifications quickly and analyze the results. We're monitoring our user engagement with our app, and they seem to be more engaged when they receive our communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Although it requires a plain, I have genuinely found that almost every one of my day to day use apps have been sunced with this product and channels all notification through onesignal. Most efficient when you are swamped with unnecessary notifications from fitness trackers apps or such so you can leave only important stuff out like rmails.
What do you dislike about the product?
emails. There was a way to filter out the spam notifications from other semi important content

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations are very nicely built. Very easy to use user interface and great analytics. Immediate support over in app chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The whole experience has been great.

We use onesignal primarily for user segmentation, push notifications and in app push messages

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the Client Experience is the best ever. I have new responsibilities at a new company I started working and they are excellent in answer the weirdest questions I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in all that has to do with analytics regarding email marketing campaigns, as well as technical issues to improve the experience for our users

Right now, we are lauching our first email marketing journey. It is very easy to set the different segments for our emails

What do you like best about the product?
Integration factors as like Email, SMS and other platforms in an easy way . Also it helps in attracting the users in an easy way .
What do you dislike about the product?
May reduce the cost of SMS and In-app Messaging services. So that more users can enjoy the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are currently no problems with on signal. Easy promotion and other data are benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The SDK was easy to implement, and the web tool is easy to use. Most importantly, their support team is prompt and helpful. We had encountered an in-app messaging issue while testing for our new release. After providing Jon and his team with a test build, they were able to identify the issue and get out an SDK update within a matter of days. The turnaround time and constant updates were much apprecated, and we're very happy to have a solution to the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ultimately need more advanced support for in-app messaging. CSS support and horizontal previews would be ideal. Triggers are also limited to single values, whereas having a list of values would offer us more control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using OneSignal to engage with our player base through in-app messaging and push notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness is the best in class. I have 12 + years of experience working with mobile app vendors as a product manager, and the experience with One signal support is superior to the rest, and it's not even close... and specifically, I must mention, Jon Fishman and his team, who deserves a huge shout out for being there and helping my team and unblocking us, or teaching us about new features. 15 minutes on the phone with Jon has saved me days, even weeks of work with my development and design team, or when planning and executing your mobile app communication strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I had known about One signal sooner, could have saved me so much pain when compared to Braze or App boy, or Mixpanel for push notifications. Seems that Mixpanel learned that they are inferior in that area compared to One Signal, and they discontinued their push notification feature and made APIs easier with One Signal. I'm glad because now I can use One Signal with Mixpanel together!

How to best boost the engagement and product value to my users on mobile using push notifications, ab multivariate testing, in-app messages, and automation via app events,

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of user, good support, fast reader connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues with our logo not rendering correctly on some browsers, notably Safari.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an additional way to keep readers up to date on our breaking news stories. We have a mobile app but wanted a way to push users on desktop browsers to read our content.
