What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the tool being exceptional and helping our company grow, their support is always fast, efficient, and solves your issues in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like for OneSignal to change how they architect a user for SMS/Email/Push and happy to know this is in the works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our consumer communications and engagement has been solved by OneSignal and we have seen massive growth after integrating with OneSignal.

Very easy to use and great analytics. Would highly recommend for push notifications.

Would be nice if they could update their docs to reflect API changes. But their support team did a great job helping me out and getting it sorted out.

It is a great tool to improve conversion rates. Push notifications are one way to get potential clients to perform some action on a site, and Onesignal helped with that through tailor-made messages.
It's pleasing to know that I can see the results of the delivery reports of my messages in real-time. This alone is the most crucial aspect of Onesignal push notifications.

It doesn't work with a lot of site bulders.

Onesignal delivery reports are an excellent KPI (Key Performance Indicator). It lets me know how my site lead generation goals and objectives are performing.

The push notifications can be scheduled across SMS , Mobile, web, email platforms , they are automatically sent and lastly configured so that one will not need to make further configurations.
The segmentation feature is very efficient in that it segments potential pools of clients in the categories you choose like location.
