What do you like best about the product?
One Signal is the most special experience to reach our clients on the right moment. Easy to use and install. And everything I´ve needed from support team , they helped me

There´s no web push for Iphone (but not their fault).

Nothing, but also there is some problem with wordpress plugin sometimes it says "nobody in your subscription list" error.

It helps me to get more traffic on my website.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration API, SDK. Easy UI to create messages for platform, configuration. We have been working last 4 years and I don't remember any issues. Also support team is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more flexible pricing. OneSignal have so large free tariff, but I'm ready to pay for In-App customisation for instance, bot not so much

I integrated OneSignal to my Java BE to send automatic Push notifications, manual push notifications from our own CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy then Firebase, try to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's very simple to set up and send out my push notifications to all of my customers. It literally takes me about 1 to 2 minutes to set up my notifications and send them out.

I have yet to find the downside, thank you OneSignal~

I can literally get something out to every one of my customers in a matter of minutes

For me OneSignal is more than just a Notification sending platform.
I use onesignal to keep track of my users through Tags and it works like an Analytics Service.
The most useful highlight feature of OneSignal is it's FREE plan. The current free plan is more than enough for most of the small developers.
The latest In-app Notification feature is a blast and i have increased user activity with this.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using OneSignal for the last 5 years and it was a free service all this while and recently OneSignal introduced PAID plans which added limitations to the Free Plan. But, i understand they got costs to cover. If onesignal could bring more cheap plans with additional benefits to the free plan, small developers like me would happily join them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal's reporting system solves the Firebase messy reports.
And primarily OneSingal API is very simple and very effective.

You don't need to think twice, Hands down OneSignal is the Best in it's kind.
If you are a small developer/company looking to start, OneSignal's Free plan is the best option for you.
From my personal experience so far i haven't found any alternative for OneSignal.

Easy to implement using restful api or easier if you want to integrate with Wordpress
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard and instructions are clear and was really easy. Tag feature is very helpful also on dash segmentation let you send messages to certain users without coding from the dashboard.
If you can code is easy to manage same information from dashboard from a backend like create a segment in the dashboard, and send messages to that segment from the backend, several languages examples with api.

Still have not clear the email integration of how to take advantage to it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifications for use events in a mobile app, notification of weather alerts, notifications of earthquakes in Latin America and notification to new posts in my site.

I like easy way to send push notification, and also i like the feature of scheduling the push notification and their API is amazing.

They did great work, there is nothing that i didn't like.

nothing for now, but I would like to have the feature to know how many letters are showing on the user's phone screen before expanding the push notification when the text is too long. (with and without images in the notification)

- The number of users who install the app with an unknown play store account (play store console couldn't read in there installs report).

It was a simple addition for android and ios.
And it provides a lot of value right out of the box.

Not a lot to complain about. But it is somewhat hard to get a sense of the numbers in each segment and historical trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving retention is a main goal, by sending notifications to people who use our app.

Dont spend a lot of time trying to pick what to use. You can not really go wrong with onesignal.
