Great experience with push notifications
What do you like best about the product?
We extensively used One Signal push notifications back at the last company I worked for, it was simple and worked just great out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see a lot of negatives, almost each of my issues were resolved properly, either through Docs or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it really simple to integrate push notifications.
Ease of implementation
What do you like best about the product?
We use OneSignal for web push implemantation on our own projects as well as for clients. For us the ease of implementation has been a major factor as we are able to efficiently implement our web push strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of yet we haven't had any issues. Happily OneSignal has been quick to implement new available features/technologies to improve web push reach and effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to complement our existing customer communication channels and improve our chances of reaching the customer.
A comprehensive solution for Mobile Push Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal has been the first choice for our organization when it comes to Mobile Push. Their Push Notification service has proven to be effective for our organization. Adopting OneSignal has led to increased user interaction with notifications, leading to improved overall outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slight instability issues (ANR and Crashes) with the newer sdk and increased app size has been something that needs improvement. Also, OneSignal should work on developing an official app for Android and IOS that allows users to send and schedule messages for apps right from their mobile phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has eliminated all the hassles and inconveniences we previously had while delivering notifications to our users. The transition has been breeze. The implementation was so easy, the process of sending notification just takes a few.
Just a few improvements and it'll become the industry leader. Kudos to the team !

Making push notifications for mobile game
What do you like best about the product?
I like best about OneSignal is its ease of use and ability to handle multiple communication channels, like push notifications and emails, in one platform. It simplifies user segmentation and campaign management, making it a practical tool for engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating multiple pushes in many languages is long and could be easier, maybe some UI changes that would make my job faster
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making multiple push notifications is fast, easy and transparent. I also can show it to my co-workers, and teach them very fast
Effortless, reliable and feature-rich messaging solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about OneSignal is how easy it is to use, while still offering powerful features like segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. It makes engaging and retaining users simple, and the fact that it integrates smoothly with different platforms is a huge plus. Also, the free tier is really generous!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about OneSignal is that some of the more advanced features, like detailed reports and analytics, are only available on the paid plans. It can feel a bit limiting if you’re using the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal makes it easy to send targeted, timely push notifications to users on multiple platforms. It saves me a ton of time with features like automation and user segmentation, so I can deliver the right message to the right audience at the perfect moment. This has significantly improved user engagement and helps keep my audience informed without bombarding them with irrelevant notifications.
Perfect spot for the upcoming engineers and devs

I recently joined this platform after I got to know about it from a friend of mine, this platform is the best for upcoming engineers and devs. It gives them a chance to publish their projects on a nice level scale for further improvements.

Only downside was that its not as popular as it should have been, thats why people dont really know about this platform

Excellent choice for Web and Mobile Push
What do you like best about the product?
We're using OneSignal in our website and app together and the best part of OneSignal is its easy integration. For Mobile we just have to add dependency and basic 4-5lines of code and for Web, we just use OneSignal Wordpress plugin.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since OneSignal SDK 5.* for Android, there has been some crashes and ANRs observed however the resolution and response from the OneSignal team has been swift.
Also, OneSignal should consider increasing the accuracy of their User Subscription reporting as my app installs and subscription reports from OneSignal have some deviations, with OneSignal showing slightly higher metrics.

OneSignal helped us transition easily from Firebase Cloud Messaging with easy and concise implementation
Best Push Notification service
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using OneSignal for more than a year now. This is by far the best push notification service provider that I have used seamlessly in my apps having a heavy user base and it worked like a charm. Within a single click, you can send messages to your users that help us engage with them off the app too.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to resend the same In-App Message we have to first duplicate it, then disable the previous one and enable the latest one. However, it should be made simple by adding an option to resend the same message again.

OneSignal makes it easier to send dynamic push notifications to all the users (or even some specific ones) within a single click. This helps us engage with our app users.
One of the best and most reliable Push Service
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using OneSignal for a while now and it's reliability has never ceased to amaze me. Be it a 1000 user app or an app having 100,000 users, all of them would receive the messages you send reliably and instantaneously. OneSignal serves as a perfect and reliable solution to the FCM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal should reconsider their choice of being limited to Push Notifications entirely. The have a robust SMS sending API and can enter the realm of User Authentication through SMS or WhatsApp based OTP delivery.
Also, the pricing should be country specific along with the considerations of using local payment modes like we have UPI here in India as a prominent and easy to use payment solution.

Due to reliable push notifications offered by OneSignal, we can easily deliver engaging notifications to users that in turn increases our retention rate.
