Fast In App messages + notification configuration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use. You can sign up and start sending notifications the same day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation. It is very easy to get lost in the docs but with the help of llms you can navigate it pretty easily

Notifications and managing in app messages.

Notifications go out, users receive them, and I can focus on building features instead of babysitting infrastructure.

The interface can feel a bit dense the first time you log in, but after a few sessions it becomes clear

It solves the problem of staying in touch with users without being intrusive.

I really appreciate how approachable it is. I never feel lost using it. The UI makes sense, and most things are exactly where you expect them to be

A few advanced options take some exploring, but that’s normal with any tool.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about OneSignal is its simple integration with Android apps, powerful segmentation tools, and reliable delivery. It allows me to send multilingual notifications, track user engagement, and manage campaigns without extra complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal is a great tool overall, but sometimes I find the dashboard a bit overwhelming with too many options. Advanced features like segmentation or automation could be more intuitive. Also, the free plan has some limitations that make scaling harder for independent developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving the problem of keeping my users engaged and informed in real time. Before using it, sending notifications across different languages and managing campaigns was complex. Now I can deliver multilingual updates, promote new features, and re-engage inactive users easily. This benefits me by increasing user retention, improving app ratings, and making communication seamless without building a custom backend.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest win for me was seeing inactive users come back. A simple reminder notification does more than I expected. The setup was straightforward, and the interface doesn’t get in the way

So far, nothing that has slowed me down. Everything I’ve needed has been easy to find.

since i started using Onesignal, it has been easy to use and understandable. everything seems to be fast and efficient

they should be like a referral system so we can refer friends for a commission. asides that onesignal is alright

i can easily send messages across my users faster and i still see more use with onesignal that i haven't really explored
Reliable in day to day use
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications go out when they should, targeting works as expected, and I rarely need to double-check anything. That kind of reliability is underrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into anything frustrating yet. For my current needs, it does the job well.

It removes the uncertainty around reaching users. Instead of wondering whether messages are delivered or mistimed, I can focus on what to say rather than how to send it.
Best of Both Worlds
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal's documentation is among the best I have ever encountered. The user experience is elegant, up to date, and vast while remaining easy to find the answers you're looking for. The journey is succinct and logical thus keeping information overload and questions to a minimum. As a developer, the API documentation is by far the best I have ever used. The cohesiveness between user docs, developer docs, and the product itself is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features provided with the free plan, especially in the Message Personalization area. This would make it better to build feature rich working demos for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My client has a set amount of donors that is decreasing with time, yet their website's traffic does not reflect this. We are in the process of expanding the OneSignal features that we leverage, however, utilizing OneSignal's push notifications and custom programming, we are able to reverse this negative trend.
