Great interface, useful and very fast

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send notifications to both individuals and groups is exciting
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I don't see any disadvantage; I can evaluate as I use it more, but I don't think there will be any disadvantage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can solve all the problems I encounter by sending instant notifications, and I can inform users more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly for template creation and the fact that it has different environments to allow the user to play around and familirise themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to create email messages easily like how we create notifications.

The fact that we can do push notification now and take it live now is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Wirh OneSinal, I receive updates on several jobs and vacancies that mathes my profile and work experience and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recruiters details are sometimes not available and it makes addressing cover letters difficult. Also, the details of the various job adverts are often not separated with no links to see the details of each category

Connecting me to potential jobs and recruiters

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very user-friendly and offers great customizatin options and it's so easy-to-use to push notifications to your users on your website or on your mobile app. i used it on different websited and it was so solid experince. i enjoied every time i sent messages to my users. the push-notification feature is realy useful for websites with high traffic or many users/sessions. I installed it in a way so they could subscribe to the service even if they are not signed in to my website for visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something i dislike about this powerful tool! for now i use it for free and yet i didn't see any issue but i hope in future it doesn't get very very restreicted-features for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i used to use it on my university student-guider website and it is so powerful to bring your users back to your website by notifying them about news and updates. before i know that product i didn't know how to get in touch with my users like in real-time! it's a life save not just a software.

I am a mobile application developer. I have been using One Signal as Mail infrastructure for 3 months. There is no better alternative. Thank you to those who contributed

Everything I've encountered so far is excellent.

Great for Mobile Apps Notifications

What do you like best about the product?
I used OneSignal many times and it's one of the best ways to generate Android and IOS Apps Notifications. Which increases your connection between your apps and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the small icon (bill icon) of the mobile app notification will be better to be changed from one signal by uploading it through one signal account instead of doing that through the Mobile App Projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reconnecting useres with my Apps through the push notification when creating offers, new features, new products, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Its offer for omnichannel coms is exciting as a business owener who has 3 apps across web and mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is terrible, the platform 'works' but quite literally only just, and I am ver anxious about migrating our marketing channels over to a compnay that offers little to know support. We have a team of developers as well, so, so far we have wasted lots of time trying to intergrate with a platform that literally has not interest in your business. I can overcome the techncical challenges but I dont think i can overcome the lack in support.

Currently it is not benefitting me at all. It was meant to colve omnichannel communication but there support is so bad when you encounter issues it creates massive delays which is ultimately a cost.
