Amazing product with amazing Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Open API's, Ease of Use, Great Support Docs, Multiple ways to engage your customers in one platform, Amazing Support channels, Easy to impliment accross channels and use cases, notification automation through journeys, ability to add customer tags and to create user segments, ability to frequentry touch customers trough various email, sms and push notifications from one dashboard is amazing. We have Integrated onesignal with our POS, AWS and other platforms that we use which make it easy to streamline communication to all of our contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS Dashboard should report sms segments instead of total sms sends. We have been told this is in the works. Once release theres not much to say about what we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many platforms in which we gather customer contact information, Website, on-site wifi, Point of sale, Event QR Check-ins to name a few. Onesignal allows us to utilize their open api's and to funnel all of the contact data from various platforms into one single dashbaord where we can send email, sms and push notifications. It's simply amazing. We have seen tremendous engagement, increased brand awerness and increased sales by utilizing all of the features such as onesignal journey's which automates our messaging based on customer interaction with our brand.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side i faced was with documentation
The documentation is really great but there is some sections that are not up to date with some pacakges , I faced this problem when using it with flutter , i was trying to set up event handling when tapping on notification,The code snippet in the website wasn't Working (outdated) , but reading throught the package documentation and the devs answers on github i was able to solve the problem.
Otherwise my experiance with it was just perfect

Providing Notification is no brainer and One signal just make so easy , Using it to provide valueable info to our users such as News , offers , promotions , It helped a lot in Keep our users active and updated ,and made the user experiance just way better.
Also the insights Provided (No of subscobers , time spent , notification sent,...etc) helped us in measuring how well our app is doing

What do you like best about the product?
Using onesignal is simple. The subscription pop up works accurately. Hence, I was able to convert few of my website visitors into subscribers. I'm just on the free package, however, it's delivery of notifications is fast and reliable. Thank you onesignal for your service.

It make it easy to convert visitors into subscribers and keep them updated on our activities. Thus, we're able to build a strong community of committed people.

I love the fact that the system is easy to operate, user-friendly, and that support provides quick and patient assistance. The data collection and reporting are clear, and it's very easy to create customer journeys within the platform.

Outstanding Notification Service
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide range of customization options. It has allowed us to send quick, effective notifications to our users, significantly improving retention and engagement. Highly recommended for any app!

What I didn't like much is that, at first, I struggled a bit to access the SDK in Flutter, but after that, everything was fine.

The problems it has solved in my project include improving the delivery of push notifications to users, which has increased app retention and allowed for more effective communication with our audience. Additionally, the integration was smooth, and the technical support was always available to assist when needed.
