Love OneSignal!
What do you like best about the product?
We use OneSignal for all of our notifications at Articula and love how easy to use it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing! Everything about OneSignal is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is the best for notifications.
Excelent experience using one signal for more than 3 years
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the attetion to detail and the eficiency of their customer support, i normally use one signal in all my apps beacause it is really easy to use and to implement in apps developed for mobile platforms. I specially thanks George from boston for his assitance with my inquiries about One Signal

Right now there is nothing negative i can think about One signal

It allows me to implement push notifications on all my mobile apps

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is one of the most versatile app to support mutliple platforms to send messages to my clients. The feature that I like the best is the different examples on how to use thier SDK and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is the time it takes to hear back from their customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifying my customers the status of their systems.
Easy to use and brings good results
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is easy to use. User experience is really good and not hard to navigate. OneSignal brought my company good results from push notification campaigns. It was really easy to integrate into the websites that we are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much to dislike about their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, people used to visit our website and then rarely they came back. Once we implemented OneSignal push notifications the readers that were interested in the type of content that we produce have likely clicked to subscribe to push notifications and therefore we were able to get better retention.
The OneSignal support team were incredibly patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
What do you like best about the product?
They helped ensure our account was setup correctly and all the integrations were working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be simpler to calculate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal sheds light on push notification performance and allows us to speed up the process in A/B testing copy and triggers.
Intuitive system makes for speedy alerts
What do you like best about the product?
The system so far has been very easy to navigate, which has allowed for quick training of colleagues and speedy alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The opt-in system is a little limited and it would be nice to provide other avenues to allow people to sign up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to increase audience engagement and trust, so having a robust alert process is vital to building a relationship with our users.
Incredibly helpful and patient support
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a relatively easy to implement set of SDKs for our hybrid app. However, Dom and Jenna from their support have been incredible ; incredibly patient, tackling our problems with haste but still being able to have a laugh and fun along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and mapping of cohorts from one provider (such as Mixpanel) can be a real pain point. Reporting especially is really difficult in this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have people opt in to push notifications and email marketing.
Reliable notifications and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I can design my own messages and deliver them timely. I got it up and running on my webflow website in 5 minutes. I had a question and they answered immediately and it has everything that I need. I created a Zapier integration to send messages to my Glide app and I send messages daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. Between all the tools I have used this is the best.

We use OneSignal to send push notifications, very user friendly and have never encountered any bugs.
