Great Support from OneSignal
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal has great support. I have had good experiences all around, but Xinjuan in paarticular has been awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a lot of documentation online and while I am glad to have it, it can be difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our community to opt in to push notifications of upcoming videos and blogs.

Spoke to Juan from the support team, and he was able to provide clear instructions and assistance. Super fast response time too.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use the platform has. It was easy to implement and integrate in our website. I use this daily for 3 different websites. The feature they have are nice like a/b testing and the ease to use sms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that support takes 2-3 days to reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One signal is helping us deliver notification when we publish a new article or for when we have new events coming up.

What we like about OneSignal is its capacity to send large number of push notifications instantly, its easy of use, and its smooth integration with our mobile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you can support the Arabic language, that would be great.

OneSignal helps us achieve our marketing mass communication with our customer base.
OneSignal is better than the best
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and having many advanced features. Support system is so good and helpful. I was using many other platforms for sending notifications but after onesignal, my choice becomes one only that is it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, i do not have anything to dislike because whatever I am using, i am fully satisfied.

Sending notifications to all users and selected users only. Scheduling notifications feature is so good to use

So far in my time of use I have not been able to notice any disadvantages.

Cross-platform development is not simple, with onesignal I can make quick implementations that work the first time! This helps a lot in a developer's daily life.

Easy to use, I recommand especialy for push notification & in app messaging

I wouldn't use firebase, but no choice !

What do you like best about the product?
Push and in-app messages SO fast & easy. Customer support is fantastic, too. I settled in for a long fight to integrate this system into my app, and I was done before I knew I'd fully started!

Dashboard can be a bit confusing to navigate, but not terrible.

Notifying other users when one user sends a message.
