What do you like best about the product?
API documentation is consistent in terms of style and structure, the inclusion of helpful videos and samples enhances the learning experience and facilitates faster implementation of the API.
What do you dislike about the product?
While comprehensive, OneSignal documentation might be overwhelming for beginners or those new to API development

OneSignal enables me to send push notifications to my customers on their mobile

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up on websites. Good dashboard with a lot of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web push notifications til don't work good on iOS devices but that's not OneSignal's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use web push notifications on our websites with a recurring audience: we are able to notify users in real time when we update our websites with the latest news.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of using OneSignal is very very great. It's easy to get around the whole dashboard and the implementation is as easy as it gets. And the best of all it has helped us reach beyond our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really that much to dislike about them. All in all, OneSignal is really easy to use and to get around so we have not had any issues so far that have crossed my mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully implemented OneSignal push notifications as a part of our integrated marketing strategy. Ever since we did that we have seen an increase in all of the metrics that we are measuring.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal push notification services help us increase the reachable audience by 24% and their engagement by 15%. Easy to implement and more affordable than other solutions on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even if their support is easy to reach, their answer on a specific case wasn't as customized as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal provides us the capacity to subscribe, engage, and retain users via push notifications.

It's easy to use. Integration is also easy. Works as expected. It helps a lot.

Push data should be better once API used. It's being listed one by one but it should also be categorized.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of sending immediate notification to our readers for an new update or published post as well as smart scheduling based on reader activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to set up SMS notifications since it requires additional pricing and third party involvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifying loyal user base about anything new or any data that we update on weekly basis.

Some bugs fixing takes more time than expected.

What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to integrate Onesignal with Mixpanel, which receives all events from my app users. I was able to have all contacts segmented for specific messaging shots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Onesignal still has an old-looking interface, which ends up being a little disenchanting to use. But everything else about the tool makes it worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal helped me solve all the automatic notification part of my users. Every action that comes from the mixpanel is already being followed directly in Onesignal with some automations and also through the journeys. With the journeys I can get a sense of who my hot and cold audience is so I can stimulate them at the right times.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is one of the most crucial tools for our business model, which is 'Uber for trucks'. In an industry that traditionally operates very manually, where drivers park their vehicles in freight markets to find cargo, OneSignal enables us to notify users of the nearest and most immediate loads without them even having to open the app. In this rapidly evolving and highly competitive sector, not only are we making it easier for drivers, but with the help of OneSignal, we are also changing a long-standing habit.
What do you dislike about the product?
While onesignal offers many features. It may be more user-friendly for non-tech teams. In addition it may be more flexible for user segmentation and journey creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal allows to communicate with users with segmentized and customized communication channels. We have many segmentations for our both B2B and B2C customers and onesignal helps to communicate with them easily.
