What do you like best about the product?
Its far more reliable than Firebase's FCM and delivers on a more optimized basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal should aim at improving compatibility of their messaging platform across all Android Versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal replaces our old and slow Webhook servers which has a lot of latency in sending messages to users. With OneSignal, this whole process has been optimized.

Amazing Service & Support

What do you like best about the product?
The Service or Features they're providing. It's like heaven for businesses to analyse the notification data sent by the platform. All notification-type data on a single platform. What more do you need? Brit from the support team was friendly & helpful in set-up the email notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Support Representative was good, but the reply timings & frequency were too low. I recommend OneSignal to get more people on Support services for different time zones to provide better support to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using the Onesignal service to send user a reminder. Now we've got a user email or mobile number. So we need to send reminders to his email or mobile number and keep track of both with different services will become a tidy task. So on Onesignal, we've got both options to keep track of both notifications.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate OneSignal into my apps on Unity Engine. I mostly use their push notifications feature; it's helped me reach out to my users regarding important messages or updates. Their support team is also another great thing I like about them; they're very responsive and helpful and have answered many of my questions.

Thanks again to Dominick from OneSignal, who showed genuine, consistent support with my inquiry; he's been the most significant help by far. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing so far. I've been using OneSignal's product for about 2-3 years, and their plugin has been a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal has connected us with our users so they feel more engaged with the developers and the app. It also helps let them know of any new bugs found in the app or upcoming updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The existing SDK, it's very easy to integrate within your projects, send and receive notifications it a needed feature today and OneSignal makes it easy to do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you could improve your SDK documentation, sometimes it seems to be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending push notifications to platforms like Web, Android and iOS.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly when creating the message and campaign.

Not being able to opt out of messaging and it not user friendly in creating the campaing list.

OneSignal makes it easy for us to send out mass text messages to segments or our customers to communitcate upcoming events.

What do you like best about the product?
During years, we have worked with OneSignal's push notifications festures, and it has been a success. Beyond how well the product has worked for us, I want to highlight the good rapport and effort of their Customer Success team in understanding the issues or challenges that customers like us present. Specifically, I would like to commend Italo Zunino. Firstly, Italo always seeks to understand the business and explore possible avenues for collaboration. This is evident in the questions he asks at the end of the discussion about the business. Secondly, the proposals he makes always adapt to the volume or circumstances of the business. It has truly been a pleasure to work with him, and in our case, the success of our continued collaboration with OneSignal is thanks to him.

What do you like best about the product?
The most efficient and effective solution to setup a fully functional web notification system with just few easy steps. The plugin in wordpress is amazing and easy to configure. Just amazing !
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no iOS app to use the dashboard faster, yet it is fully responsive with friendly user interface .. wish there is an app to manage the system faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing more innovative ways to promote my business, web notifications is truelu amazing. I can reach all of potential customers who subscribed with just few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get set up quite fast and I find the UI very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's going to change soon but I found the playerID approach quite confusing at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are currently working on the user model beta testing. I think this will be a game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the best about OneSignal is the wide range of powerful tools to reach users while they are navigating into our apps. It help a lot to keep them engaged and push them to buy more products related to our service.
Specially mention to Journeys, ideal to automatize marketing campaigns.
Analytics is getting better also
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe email cold be more powerful, despite I understand that is not the main focus.
On the other hand I would like to have more flexibility regarding languages, as our app is multilingual. An inApp language variations would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It helps cross-sell and up-sell products so, to make revenues.
- It helps to onboard users to our app
- Is helping us growing our audience thanks to win-back campaigns.
- It's a great way to communicate to a user segment with a specific need
- Makes our app more complete when sending a right push notification with a warning for example
-It now allows to automatize marketing campaigns to send them in the right time

Incredibly simple integation

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal made it incredibly simple to integrate push notifications into our app. We didn't have to install Firebase or any other SDKs just OneSignal and we were up and running. Using their API, the possibilities are limitless on what we can do with OneSignal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some API documentation is unclear or not up to date. It would also be helpful if you could view failed API requests in the dashboard instead of just the results of successful ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal allows us to send out emergency notifications to users that are within the past of a disaster in our city.
