Great for Product Manager, friendly and easy to use interface
What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of OneSignal is its easy-to-use interface that allows users to create and send push notifications quickly and efficiently. The platform also provides advanced targeting options that enable businesses to segment their audience and send personalized messages to specific groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing may not be so good for some types of business, but in my case it makes sense. Another thing is that the documentation is sometimes a bit confusing and the UX is still a bit "old-school"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal solves the problem of low user engagement and retention rates by providing businesses with an easy-to-use platform. Firstly, push notifications can help drive users back to the app or website, increasing their overall engagement and time spent on the platform.
OneSignal makes notification management simple
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is easy to use. I started using it without any previous training or experience with notification/message-sending platforms and I could figure out the basic mechanics by clicking around in the interface. The help documentation is well-written and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about OneSignal. If I have to mention something, it would be that I sometimes struggle to set up segments of users exactly the way I want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to send the users of our app daily messages that encourage them and make recommendations towards building their mental health. We use OneSignal to send personalized notifications.
Excellent Product !
What do you like best about the product?
The developer-side integrations are easy. It has a lot of features offered on the SDK side, specifically on the server-side integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
We can have a better UI on the console side/ web portal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to build a Push Notifications service for our mobile apps out of the box.
Easy to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that i like the most as mobile developer is that is as easy as installing a plugin to get push notifications rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would improve a little bit the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped to implement push notifications in several apps we have developed. Also on the webapp.
Seems to get the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I'm early in my integration, but my developer seems to have been able to integrate quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels difficult to know the high level milestones for the integration for someone who's not super familiar with this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows my users to know about new content that has been created and allows them to save it.
Easy to depoly, use and escalate
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to setup push campaigns and the personalisation that can be added to it. The platform itself is quite powerful and also allows multi-channel marketing automation (a recent feature I didn't quite have the pleasure to entirely test)
What do you dislike about the product?
For SMS there is no direct integration with the link shortener, so data from click from SMS sent needs to be reviewed from bit.ly instead of the onesignal platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onesignal allowed us to use SMS marketing with an easy-to-use interface but also, with Web Push from our different websites. We were able to segment by country using the platform´s built-in feature without having to integrate any additional information.
I have already recommended OneSignal to another entrepreneur and I'd do it again.
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal makes it easy to implement and manage native app notifications. The documentation is easy to follow, and the dashboard is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal is exactly what I was looking for as I sought out a solution to assist with mobile native notifications across both ios and android.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a codebase that works across ios and android and we needed a simple way to manage push notifications across both platforms.
The best we've used so far
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration and ease of use; everything you need is there, You know that you set up and start using it within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
In rare cases, minor problems may occur when using it with some frameworks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are too many customization parameters. It is great that we can easily send notifications to any user group and analyze them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Android platform configuration on site via firebase is still v1. Need to update to newer rather than legacy cloud.
Dashboard that lists all teams that you're a part of is not well built for search etc. Challenging for agencies.
