One Signal: An Effective Way to Reach the School Community
What do you like best about the product?
One Signal offers a quick and streamlined way to reach parents and staff when important information must be made known. OneSignal, coupled with our PS 33 App provides an effective to reach our wider school community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that might be said is that navigating the OneSignal site/portal may not be as easy for those who aren't as tech-savvy as others. However, this can be remedied through training by knowledgeable users and through OneSignal representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through OneSignal and our school's social media, it is very easy to communicate important information to parents, guardians and staff.
Fluent UX, excellent UI
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and very intuitive interface. We sent notifications about the campaigns we prepared as designers very easily. There are so many customization options, congratulations to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit expensive when we wanted to use all the features. But it's not too much of a problem, overall the product deserves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We organize campaigns for our users. We send push notifications from here. We do analysis and A/B tests

I like the fact that the responses to our question are fast (usually within the same day), and with intention to solve the problem by providing relevant information.

We are currently experiencing unexpected behavior of the SDK.

What do you like best about the product?
The one signal app helped us segment our customers and send push notifications easily. The app might be the best push notification service in the market, and the pricing is fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app tends to get pretty expensive if you want to use all the tools, but still for companies to use all the tools at a big rate it seems fair.I did not find anything negative about the app.

It helped us with our issues on segmenting our customers and sending them push notifications easily.

A highly cost-effective push notification service
What do you like best about the product?
One signal helped us send your subscribers push notifications very quickly at an excellent rate. It is well documented, so it was really easy to set up tests. Overall we are very happy to use One signal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The development seems a bit slow for new features. Costs seem to rise highly at higher volumes. Data storage appears to be an issue, and a more interactive dashboard is required.

We've had issues sending push notifications, and One signal helped us immensely with this issue; the A/B testing also helped us with the customer segmentation part as well.

We send all our push notifications through this service for our mobile application service to reach our users. Definitely the easiest and fastest.

Segmenting users has been difficult until recently. But it seems more useful now.

Every time our users receive a new entry, we reach them through OneSignal.
Key service for our company
What do you like best about the product?
Targeting options are very valuable for our company, we send push notification to our players (mobile game) and we need to be able to target only specific users. Being able to target users based on the install date is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid option wasn't very clear for us at first, we didn't knew how it will improve our experience and our users experiences.
I believe it would be better to give more glimpse of the data reports for example to push company to upgrade their plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our game is a real time strategy game of conquest, players can attack each other every time of the day, every day. Players can defend their kingdom in real time but they need to know when they are attacked. that's why we need to be able to quickly send push notification to let them know about the attack. We need to send a lot of push notifications to a lot of people with less delay possible. One signal is capable of doing so and without it our user experience would be definitely worst.
