One of the things I love about OneSignal is how crystal clear their documentation is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited features unless you're paying the highest tiers.

It makes notifying users way easier and gives useful statistics about their usage.
A great platform for companies to start with
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use for mobile push, SMS, and more. It is a bit user-friendly and there are so many resources online to research anything that you may not understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used other platforms for similar features such as Iterable. The way user profiles are accessed I find that it is difficult to view the information and something inconvenient. Segmentation could be better and having a better distinction of events vs user profile attributes would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use OneSignal as an Implementation Consultant for clients with Outliant. However, I am moving away from these projects as I'm an independent consulting business and have chosen to move on from Outliant. I would say that OneSignal certainly helps business who are looking to get off on the right foot with Mobile Marketing and Automation. It is a great resource.
One Signal Review
What do you like best about the product?
Not an overwhelming UI, also like the tactile nature of the journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
The test emails stop sending! They always glitch out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to reach specific users segments without demanding the time of our developer. It frees him up to do the more important developer work.
Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal offers everything you need for your CRM. It is very easy to use and super intuitive. Furthermore, their customer service is top notch. I was in contact with Brit - he was very responsive and resolved our issue in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I'm very happy. Nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for SMS, mail and push notifications, i.e. for CRM. It's very intuitive and easy to use - even if you are new to the whole topic. Also they provide you with great content to get into it.
Easy to install, even easier to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send a push notification to iOS, Android ánd Web users with a single action whilst tracking interaction on all platforms in the intuitive dashboard is definitely it's greatest selling point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of, is that it's still pretty hard to fully customize the pop-up asking for notification access for Web notifications. The did recently add an option to change the text, button size/color and logo, but it would have been nice to be able to completely change the lay-out of this pop-up with your own CSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a progressive web app developer (who publishes in the appstores using a WebView container), OneSignal is the only solution for cross-platform push notification sending.
We are satisfied with the use of One Signal
What do you like best about the product?
The management of the audiences and the easy way to build a notification
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about One Signal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great experience, always improving
What do you like best about the product?
It simple and easy to use. It delivers the value it promises. And it is far less expensive than the more well-known solutions. Therefore I think it is a great tool for companies that are starting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, sometimes it crashes. Not the messages or delivery itself, but to login and manage the tool. This should never happen on a tool that is constantly being managed and reviewed.

Effective and fast tests with OneSignal
What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is a great tool for improving engagement and monetization. It allows testing different types of messages and in-apps, and it offers automatic messages and a/b tests. Also, it is convenient to check the stats. We use OneSignal for about 3 years now, and the platform changes a lot during this period, which makes it easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is rather some ideas for OneSignal. So, we set up a lot of push messages, it will be useful to have the option to tag them (create a tag manually) and then filter by those tags. This way we can check the same tests we were running in the past within this tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use both push and in-apps on OneSignal. Both allow us to test different messages to engage users and convert them into paid users. We use in-apps for cross-promoting and it works really effectively. A big plus is that OneSignal offers a convenient solution to create and test push notifications and in-app messages. It supports different types of media. For the past 3 years, there were tons of improvements in the in-app editor.
