- In my opinion, OneSignal is the flawless as everything required to send real-time notifications to users is available.

OneSignal increases my customers engagement rate as they are constantly updated about their account status, great offers and much more.

OneSignal support team is highly responsive when you get them at the right time, and always provides helpful and actionable advice. But we did have a few queries that lapsed over the weekend and well into the following week. But it wasn't a big deal for us.

I love how easy OneSignal is to set up and work with, but my favorite part is the set of integrations. I am using the HubSpot one quite extensively and its absolutely fantastic.

Price can scale up quite quickly, but you get what you pay for.

The Onesignal APIs are not straightforward to use, maybe good documentation around them that would be a great help for the customers to build the analytics on top of the data.
