What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal is an omnichannel engagement solution, that supports emails and text messages, where approximately one million firms use the solution to share above 1 billion texts in a single day.
OneSignal has a superior architecture and is highly supported with AI, for push notifications and solid documentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
OneSignal has invested in seamless messaging, where notifications are made and responses delivered. The program allows the personalization of messages, and there is meaningful customer engagement or support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal helps companies have a smooth customer engagement, through the personalization of emails and customer segmentation. Globally, OneSignal reaches all businesses, and there is analytical support for campaign management.

Some API offerings aren't built out via dashboard yet which means separate scripting work needs to be done to access some info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of sending push notifications to particular customer segments.
It's also building out user profiles more clearly to better understand in-app actions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part I like about this is it provides all the features for testing purposes and it is highly cost-effective. it is easy to set up with 3rd party services. Easy to schedule and install.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, they should work on automation and flow. There should be improvment in tecnical support and not least it should have a more user-friendly dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most beneficial feature for me in my opinion is segmentation as you can do it by geographical area and transactions that you have specified. As we work on multiple platforms it is very useful to me as one signal is multiplatform supported.
A Great Investment and Cost Saving Alternative
What do you like best about the product?
One Signal is a very cost-effective option for startups and other like-minded businesses to get in front of their customers and clients in a similar way to some of the more expensive platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
One Signal doesnt have the best on-demand customer service especially when we as a customer are experiencing outages and downtown on their platform. This is causes big issues with reaching our customers costing us money and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Journey automation is crucial when keeping our brand top of mind for our customers. They allow us to easily set up the process to make this happen with ease and simple processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
- None, its perfect for my need and I use the product with no cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had problems with my webpage and a service worker. OneSignal support helped me to locate the error and fix for me the problem.
Good service, good support
What do you like best about the product?
One signal is pretty easy to use. We've faced some troubles while using the VoIP notifications with native iOS, but promptly we're helped by the support team. We also had a call with the commercial team to understand why our billing changed and, again, we were promptly helped with the billing information and also the negotiations and we even got a discount!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment there's nothing that we can see as the downside of using OneSignal. It helps us a lot with our notification implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a notification service that was easy to implement, stable and worked well. After a lot of research, where we even tried the AWS notification service, we found One Signal which is easier to use and implement, and it is serving us well for over 5 years.
Extemely rare to find such extreme excellence in client service in todays busy world!

From the excellent documentation through to the exceptional client service received I think the personal touch provided by the support team which directed me to the right solution was really impressive and surprising even. Not used to things working this well or people caring as much. Well done to everyone who assisted me!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure why I struggled renewing the cert I must have picked the wrong bundle or something so I can only blame myself as I was on a skype call at the time....not anything else that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile push integration and delivery to multiple platforms with extreme ease. Segmentation and the rest the platform can do is something I would like to explore as our app grows hopefully real soon.
Not a bad service but not what we were looking for
What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly easy install. Free version isn't bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you outgrow the free version, pricing is extremely confusing! And if you change your login's password, the service stops working and requires new installation of some kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a means for users to subscribe to browser notifications.
Versatile platform, delivers what it promises, simple usability but powerful features.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration part. I have many ways to use the provider. As a developer, I have several resources at my disposal to get the most out of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delivery reports. In the list of users reached, I only have a view of only 6, and only information that the campaign delivered +90, for example. I don't know if there is any place in the OnSignal Interface, on the website, where I can have this detailed view of the campaign, not just graphics, because if I want to improve reach, I need to have details of each user that the campaign failed to deliver. Knowing how many I managed to reach is important, but not being able to know why I couldn't reach a certain user is even more relevant.

Ensure faster communication to users of our App and improve their engagement.

2. It's very flexible and can be accessed on all devices like chrome, firefox. safari, etc.
3. They have one of the best customer support that I've experienced.
4. It also has analytics so you need only one thing a good idea and you can start planning your campaign.
5. I also liked the Amplitude integration.

2. They don't keep an archive of data for more than 30 days.
3. They also don't allow the export of all of the data which is shown in UI.
