What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the frontend
Multichannel alternatives (email, push, in-app)
A/B Testing features
Journey feature
And of course, one of the most relevants for product analytics, the Amplitude Integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, the site has crashed a few times, nothing to risk our performance or delivery, but just a small pain to implement or review things at the moment.
Analytics could also be more friendly (but i don't care that much because I see them in Amplitude)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement, activation and retention, starting by the onboarding or welcome flow, all the way to resurrection or win-back flows, through multiple channels
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, simple, and you can try for free on the first tier of pricing, so no risk at all in that matter.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to integrate with any project whether it is an android app or website,
Notifications can be personalized to improve user engagement.

The best thing is you don't need to provide a certificate to send notifications to iOS users because some services require it.
OneSignal also offers a generous free tier that no other competing is offering right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using the free plan I don't feel like I have anything to dislike, the only thing I feel some time is limiting is the number of segments and data tags available in the free plan. this limit can be extended a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Re-engage the users with automated workflows that send notifications to users after a specific time of no activity on the platform.
also sending real-time notification of important events to specific users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create templates and setup automation to re-engage with inactive users.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, really intuitive and great overall perfomance. Visualization is pretty clear before sending messages and the platform has multiple options of customization. Another great point was the customer support, even though some of my demands couldn't be met, the OneSignal representative was really clear and fast to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segmentation for my base is not intuitive at all, some things even needed to be programmed in the backend of my system. Has some performance issues that can't be fixed (delivery inefficiency) and has little to no metrics to follow. Even with the paid upgrade, the raw data says nothing and the pre-calculated metrics are usually biased and/or wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with my customers in a fast and simple way, which helps me focus on what's important. It also helps to spread crucial messages when needed. Business performance increases by using OneSignal.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and intuitive the platform is. I love that it has great customer support. Juan has been exceptionally helpful. We use the platform pretty much everyday and it never fails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It totally needs to have an easy way to download excel reports of the global outcomes, especially with graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-We have managed to keep our audiences more engaged and active on our app thanks to the push strategy.
-We can reach out target customers instantly with personalized messages.

What do you like best about the product?
OneSignal allows for a ton of customization. They segment users and have a very user-friendly UI for integrating notifications. The SDK installation is lightweight. The customer service I've received is beyond amazing. They are incredibly responsive and always answer my questions in detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of OneSignal is there is a cap for the volume of notifications sent, and for data analysis exports. They don't keep an archive of data for more than 30 days. It's impossible to do year over year or even month over month analysis in their UI for notification performance. They also don't allow an export all of the data that is shown in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending custom notifications. We've been able to integrate and start sending notifications quickly and having them as a partner has been a good experience overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is an amazing tool for small to mid-size companies. They have a great solution with tons of awesome features.

It very flexible and accessible in all devices like Safari, Firefox, Edge, and Chrome for fast and secure access.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about using one signal is on-time notification delivery and its analytics. And it also has a status for notification delivery. we can implement one signal in both mobile and web unlikeit competitors like firebase who offers the only web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with one signal is it has this feature where it delivers notifications only when the user is actually using the phone. And I feel it doesn't work accurately as exptected. May be they could implement a way to tackle this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending push notifications, emails, SMS, and much more results in better customer interaction with the product.
